Estancia en una hermosa casa de dos dormitorios con vistas a la bahía de Georgia a la vez que enclavado en la protección de Byng entrada de la bahía de Georgia, pesca de clase mundial, dos grandes Servicio Marinas completo, campo de golf, restaurante, L. C. B. O., almacén general y centro de salud muy cerca.

Beautiful

What a great place to experience the magic of the Georgian Bay! Kayaking and SUP boarding adventures, seeing eagles, herrings, hawks, and even a bear with her cub walking down the coast. Swimming and relaxing on the deck. Viewing the beautiful sunsets and starry lit skies from the cottage property. Sleeping with open windows to hear the sounds of frogs night birds and loons. Good for the soul. The hosts were kind (helping us carry the luggage across the causeway and answering our inquires). We will definitely return.

Amazing!

The setting is absolutely stunning. Great swimming, plenty of wildlife to be seen, a great place to rest and recharge. Joan and Shawn are there to help if you need something and happy to give you space too. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Island Retreat

We loved our stay here. Just beautiful! Very relaxing and the house had everything we needed. Only disappointment is we didn’t catch any fish. The hosts are lovely, friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Amazing Stay!

Stayed a couple beautiful nights at this lovely cottage. Joan is an amazing host and is there if you need anything. Easy to find and the sunsets are amazing

Amazing Spot

I rented this property with five of my best friends from high school. We get together every year for a boys weekend and this spot had everything we could have asked for. The views are breathtaking on this unique island property. The hot tub is perfectly positioned to hang out and take in the amazing water. Joan was an absolutely incredible hostess who communicated well and was always there if we needed something. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good fishing and awesome sunsets.

Wonderful

Beautiful site, we were there the first few days of June and saw eagles, a bear swimming across the channel, rare orchids, playful otters, multitudes of lichens and mosses. Thanks to Joan and Shaun who were excellent hosts.

Fall experience

This cottage was the perfect fall getaway with our adult children. We have rented a few cottages over the years and the setting and privacy of this one has set a new high bar. We kayaked, rented a boat for fishing, did some short swims even though October, lots of reading and time in hot tub. The fall colours were stunning.

More than words

Property is close to the mouth of Georgian Bay, excellent boating, kayaking, fishing and views are incredible. If you like nature you will not be disappointed. The island is impressive, we enjoyed the hot tub, the stars and full moon. The cottage will meet all your needs for an excellent stay. Joan and Shawn are the best.

Dream First Cottaging Vacation

Our hosts checked in with us as we settled in after a 6 hr drive and were available any time we needed them. They offerd us a box of snacks n cookies for the kids, checked and filled our low tire before a trip into town, and were as welcoming as old friends every step of the way! The views from the cottage are indescribable and must be experienced in person! The hottub was fabulous and the fishing was amazing - even off the island itself! We set the bar high with this pick as our first cottage. The locals were great and had everything you could need just minutes away! Thanks Joan & Shawn and can't wait to visit again!

Great Georgian Bay Experience

Beautiful cottage in a fabulous location overlooking the water on all sides. Amazing paddling by canoe or kayak to the many islands of Georgian Bay. The hot tub was an added bonus and the hosts, Joan and Shawn, were very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful location! We enjoyed doing water activities and watching sunsets from the island. Very quiet and peaceful. The diving boards were an extra bonus.

Great start to summer

Our group of four and our dogs had a fantastic time at this breathtaking cottage. While the weather was a bit cool, we compensated by spending our days rotating between jumping into the water and soaking into the hot tub. Our dogs loved running around the little island. It was the perfect start to our summer, and we'd love to visit again in the future! Thanks so much for having us.

One night in paradise

Joan and Shawn are amazing hosts. Made us feel like we owned their island for the night. One much needed night away from the city, business and kids. We brought our pool floaters and relaxed in the water. Riding the waves as boaters passed by. Drive into the place is a bit rough. I would suggest not driving a low riding convertible here like we did. The place was perfect. Large cottage. Everything you need and so much peace. You can’t put a price tag on this kind of peace.

Tranquility island

We had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay on this beautiful island. Spectacular views in every direction, stunning sunsets and outdoor space galore to enjoy. Joan and Shawn were gracious, helpful hosts and communication was great from the beginning. Cottage is lovely and well equipped. Great area for walks or relaxing. Looking forward to returning!

Beautiful Georgian Bay Getaway!

We were looking for a weekend getaway that would allow us to get out into nature, get in the water, have some nice hikes and enjoy some real downtime. This spot exceeded our expectations! We spent hours exploring after being welcomed warmly by Joan to this beautiful house. We enjoyed every minute, and definitely recommend this property to people looking for this kind of vacation. Absolutely Stunning

As a family of 4 we had an amazing time on this very special island. The cottage was extremely clean and the views from every window were breathtaking. We fished all around the island and our 12 yr old son was thrilled with the amount of fish he caught and released. We explored all the inlets and islands on the Georgian Bay and discovered a whole new part of Ontario that is extra special. We cannot wait to return.

The Perfect 2nd Stay!

Can't seem to get enough of this place; the adorable cabin , epic sunsets, beautiful vistas and the wonderful hosts. Enjoyed 4 days of sunshine and refreshing dips in the lake, finished off with a hot tub perched over GB. Life simply can't get much better! Bonus - so many birds and wildlife during this stay. A highlight was helping an Indigo Bunting bird get its bearings after bumping into the window. We'll be back! Thank you Shaun and Joan.
