Cordoba 103 The first floor by the pools at Las Palomas is a special location, perfect for making the most of a Rocky Point vacation stay.
Incredible ground-floor condominium right by the pools and the beach at Las Palmas Beach and Golf Resort. Two bedrooms feature a grand main living room with lots of windows that face out to the ocean. Spacious kitchen with sweeping island, providing seating and all appliances. The rich decor works well with the large wrap-around leather sofa in the living room. Out on the large patio, there is a dining table, chaise, and sofa seating area. From here, you can walk a few steps to the pools and all the amenities of the Resort. The raised dining table seats six, and there is a separate room with a washer, dryer, and wash sink.
The master bedroom has sliding glass doors that let the beach come inside. There is a king bed, TV, closet, and dresser. The attached grand bathroom is tiled in granite, with a separate shower and bathtub, and a mirror topped vanity with two sinks.
Bedroom two offers a king bed, closet, TV, dresser, and an attached bathroom with vanity and shower. In addition, there is a cute small room presenting a bunk bed and TV, that the kids will enjoy.

Check in was off site. Not told this would be the case up front. Lazy river was closed down. Not disclosed. Dryer and toaster did not work well. Elevators worked off and on. Kid Hot tub weren’t hot enough And was small. Bar said was open til 6 but stopped serving at 5:30. No store or gym on site at phase 2. Would have liked to know this up front.

We’re sorry for the disappointment related to resort amenities such as the lazy river, elevator service, kids’ hot tub temperature, and the bar’s operating hours. While these areas are managed by the resort and are outside of our direct control, we will gladly pass your feedback along to the appropriate departments so they are aware of your experience.
As for the dryer and toaster, we do not see a record of these issues being reported during your stay. Had we been notified, we would have loved the opportunity to address the matter right away by repairing or replacing the items to make your stay more comfortable.

We absolutely loved the location and layout of this unit — it was ideal! The bunk beds were perfect for the little kids, and the kitchen was well stocked, which made meals easy.However, the property management company (Casago) really took away from the experience. Check-in is offsite, and they don’t offer the same services as the resort itself, which was disappointing. For example, we accidentally left our pack ’n play behind and needed one for the rest of our stay — Casago charged 10/day to rent it, couldn’t provide it until the next day, and then arrived late without any communication.Their follow-up and communication were poor overall. I called three times about missing remotes for two of the TVs — someone came to “check” but never returned, which was frustrating with toddlers. We were also told cleaning would be provided twice during our five-night stay, but it only happened once on the second day.While we truly enjoyed the room’s location and setup, the management experience was frustrating enough that we wouldn’t book again unless the unit was managed directly by the resort.

It was not clear of the checking process they said it was mentioned in the confirmation email but as I showed them at the resgistration that no mention of it. They also said tgey would send people to clean and they never showed up once. If I would of known the property was not managed by Las Palomas I would have not picked this unit reason being part as what I mentioned above but the resort cannot help you with anything since its managed by Casago your wrist band cannot be associated with your unit so carry cash.
