Home was absolutely beautiful. Pictures does not do it any justice. Rented this space while home visiting for Thanksgiving holidays. It felt very much like home. Beautiful kitchen for cooking-bedrooms are spacious and bathroom clean and nice. The host was very accommodating and responsive. I would definitely rent this again.

The house was immaculate & nicely decorated. Loved the beds (real frames, unlike most I've seen at other Air-B-N-B's. House was filled with nice amenities throughout. Host Ms. Chassity was awesome and so nice. She made my family feel so comfortable. Thank you Ms. Chastity for a wonderful stay!Latonya & Family

Big mistake in staying here. HEALTH HAZARDS GALORE!!! UNSANITARY AND SHOULD BE REPORTED TO HEALTH DEPARTMENT. First upon arrival we have a note stating the refrigerator is out. There’s a small one which was not enough for all our groceries. We had to go get more ice and use ice chests. The first morning the Keurig isn’t working. We report immediately. Yes she brought a replacement coffee pot but blamed us and said we broke it! What a sad way to treat customers! And untrue. Next the plumbing. Toilets were gurgling & bubbling and human waste would not go down in either bathroom. We had to get plunger. Also unsanitary. Also reported immediately. Got videos of it! Next roaches coming out of microwave and I killed. Other bugs in kitchen in middle of the day. MORE pictures taken and reported. Told her she needed to get pest control. Gross and also unsafe! Next the laundry room with laundry and bags and bags of stuff on floor where you could NOT WALK AROUND. ALSO UNSAFE. LAUNDRY IN WASHER AND DRYER AND MY 78 year old MOM SEARCHING FOR MORE TOWELS and doing their laundry. Dishes left in dishwasher. Not ours. 1 HELLO KITTY COFFEE CUP IN THE WHOLE HOUSE. WE ALL HAD TO SHARE IT. Next the filth on floors. I had to vacuum. There was pepperoni under the kitchen table, I took picture of it too. We didn’t eat pepperoni or bring pepperoni and yet the owner denies and I sent her picture. There were cobwebs and hair and dirt everywhere…as the photos clearly show. GRASS UNCUT. SHOULD I SAY MORE

House is beautiful but very unclean. dining room table and couch dirty, trash and clutter in garage unable to park in it, gnat and ant infested, plumbing issues, bedding thin, key was in the door when we arrived. Check in was at 2 but we made it at 4. The owner was still cleaning when we got there. Refrigerator does not work. Owner brought us a bag of opened ice. We had to clean furniture, unclog both toilets, and clean tub and bathroom counter. Reached out to owner about issues regarding plumbing. She was helpful and very nice about clogged toilets.

RENTER BEWARE!!!! This is an excerpt from one of my messages to the owner asking for a refund: This isn’t a hustle for a free stay. Nice try tho. First off, when I booked the house it said a 2pm check in. We received a message THE DAY WE WERE DRIVING about a 3:30 check-in. We arrived at 3:10. She had just gotten there, what looked like moments before us, as the house was in shambles. She hadn’t vacuumed or dusted or wiped down and cleaned anything at all. Laundry room was unusable as it had loads in it and all over the floor. New, UNWASHED, sheets and towels are not impressive. In fact, it’s unsanitary. Sheets and towels from the store need to be washed before use. If you honestly think an additional 20 minutes would have helped make the house presentable and clean, then you need to take a look inside the house and see the amount of work that needs to be done during each cleaning. I offered the housekeeper to help make the bed and pick up bc we were EXHAUSTED as we had been driving since 1:30am. Do not make YOUR lack of planning or hiring good help my problem. This is not the way to run a business. My review is not a threat. I am going to leave a truthful review whether or not you refund my money. People need to be informed. Hopefully, this is a one time problem. I would be embarrassed, if I were you. Certainly not blaming me (a paying customer) for your failure to run your business.

Hard to contact

The property was promising, but it was uncleaned from the previous customer. We were grossed out and unable to stay since none if the linens were cleaned and there was no laundry soap and it was too late to try and go to the store and then clean it all. The host has a phone number, but it is a recorded message and there is no way to leave a message. VRBO won’t refund us because the issue isn’t considered significant enough. This listing is badly managed and you are at high risk being out of luck.

Family vacation

I texted the property manager about bugs in bed and in restroom in the house they never call me back. The refrigerator did not work it stayed hot the hold time. House is very nice property manager needs to do better job in sending information for check-in and issues during the stay.

Average location and not very pet friendly yard

Cleanliness was not the greatest as both bathroom tubs and showers were covered with sand. Yard is not fenced in but advertised pet friendly. Location is a bit hard to find. Tiny TV in living room and poor bedroom layout for watching TV as well. Checkin information had to be requested through VRBO agent.

Worst experience ever

Stay was horrible from start to finish. I received a message asking for the names of people staying. Then was told code would be received by 3pm, but check in was at 2pm. I waited over 2hours to get in and called customer service just to find out keys were under the mat. Inside nasty, roach in fridge, sheets soiled, pillow dirty sock was inside pillow case, dirty towels under cabinet and hanging on shower, ashes on the table, floor nasty and the house cleaner came to clean at 10am the next day and the house was still filthy which took away from our ability to handle business and do what we needed. I called twice to report nasty rental and several times just to be let in and I was told a report has been started, but at this point I am requesting that something be done as I have never encountered an experience such as this.
