Inside, the home comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The master suite features a luxurious king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee while taking in the ocean breeze. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed, making it an ideal setup for families or friends traveling together. The open-concept living area boasts high tray ceilings, an inviting lounge space, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and a spacious island perfect for cooking and entertaining. With plenty of natural light and thoughtful design, every room in this home feels bright, airy, and welcoming.

Fishing enthusiasts will also find their paradise here. Ponce de Leon Inlet provides an excellent starting point for deep-sea fishing adventures, while those who prefer staying closer to the shore can try their hand at fishing the Florida saltwater flats, renowned for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.

All cancellations, regardless of cancelation policy, are less our standard booking fee and initial deposit to cover the expense of processing your initial payment. Thank you for understanding!

If you do decide to bring your furry friend with you, there is a pet fee of $150 a week or $300 for a month long rental (per pet). This is simply to reward our cleaners for the extra detail they will put in to remove any additional stains or shedding that occur during your best friends stay in our home. :)
