The apartment is spread across two floors, giving you, privacy, and the same Nile view from each level.

The duplex is located in central Cairo, close to major attractions like the Grand Museum, Museum of Egyptian Modern Arts, and Cairo Tower. Getting around the city is easy, with cafés, markets, and transport nearby.

Our beautiful spacious two-floor duplex is in the heart of Cairo, with a calm side view of the Nile from both levels.

The apartment is made up of two full flats, giving you space, privacy, and comfort throughout your stay.

It’s well suited for solo travelers, couples, families with kids, or groups, whether you are visiting for a short trip or a longer stay.

Living areas (Fourth floor)

The fourth floor is where you can relax and spend time together.
You will find:

• A large reception area, great for small gatherings
• A dining area
• A fully equipped kitchen
• One bathroom
• A side view of the Nile
• Two powerful air conditioners to keep the space cool in summer and comfortable in winter

Bedrooms & sleeping areas (Fifth floor)
The fifth floor is designed for rest and privacy.
There are three bedrooms with four beds:

• A large king bedroom, very spacious and comfortable
• A middle double bedroom
• Another double bedroom

This floor also includes:

• One bathroom
• A side view of the Nile
• Three air conditioners, helping ensure a cool and relaxing sleep during hot Cairo nights.

Comfort all year round
Both floors are fully air-conditioned, making hot summer days more comfortable and winter evenings cozy.

The layout gives everyone room to relax without feeling crowded.

You will have access to the entire space on the fourth and fifth floors, with comfortable living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, relaxing bedrooms, a balcony with a calm Nile side view. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

The building has an elevator and outside stairs. Inside the apartment, the fourth and fifth floors are connected by internal stairs.

Different stay options are also available, depending on what works best for you:

• Room only (stay only)
• Breakfast option – available daily and paid at the property
• Half board – includes meals (details shared on request)
• All-inclusive option – available for guests who prefer everything arranged in advance.

Prices for meals and packages vary depending on the option you choose and will be clearly discussed before confirmation, so you always know what to expect.

We understand that when you plan your time in Egypt, you may want to see more than just Cairo. Places like Luxor and Aswan are often part of the experience, and we’re happy to help make that part of your trip easier and more enjoyable.

We offer a tourism support program designed to help you enjoy the fun and memorable side of Egypt. This includes help with things like Nile cruises from Luxor to Aswan, hotel bookings, and connecting you with trusted tour guides who speak English, German, or French.

The host was born in Luxor and knows the area very well, which helps when planning trips and choosing the right experiences.

These services are optional and come with an additional fee, which can be discussed once you know what you’d like.
