Perched in the coastal town of Rosarito, this sleek and modern house offers a relaxing getaway by the water with a partial ocean view and a shared outdoor pool. Enjoy the peaceful ambience and the serene sound of the waves crashing against the shore from the spacious private balcony with a natural stone barrier. Nearby attractions include the bustling Rosarito Beach, where you can enjoy water activities, shopping, and dining. Ensenada is also a short drive away, offering wineries, seafood restaurants, and cultural experiences.

You will feel right at home with luxurious finishes, glistening white tile flooring, modern conveniences like WiFi, a gorgeous kitchen (no dishwasher), and a living room with a TV. Four ceiling fans keep the vacation rental cool; like most homes in the area, there is no air-conditioning. (This home does not provide access to a washer/dryer.)

Things to Know
Since we are an eco-friendly place, please note that the pool is heated by solar energy. Therefore, we can't guarantee the water temperature.
Children under the age of 15 are strictly prohibited from entering the jacuzzi, even under parental supervision. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a fine.
This vacation rental is pet-friendly. The fee is $35/pet per reservation and paid in cash upon check-in at the security gate. Vacasa cannot receive payment over the phone or online. There is not a weight restriction.

You must register prior to check-in. (More details sent via email post booking.) Daily fees apply to all guests who do not register.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
