The property is secured within private gates, granting access to only five exclusive residences—one of which is Emirates House. Nestled in Solihull, one of Birmingham’s most prestigious areas, this prime location offers a perfect blend of luxury, exclusivity, and security for a truly exceptional stay.

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules:
- No Parties or Gatherings – This property is for registered guests only. Unauthorized events are strictly prohibited.
- No Smoking or Vaping Indoors – Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use the designated smoking area if needed.
- Pets Allowed Upon Approval – There will be £50 per pet, and we will require a damage deposit of £100 (less than 20lbs). Note, that only dogs are allowed.
- Respect Quiet Hours – Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours, to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
- Respect the Property – Treat the home with care and report any damages or maintenance issues to the host immediately.
- No Illegal Substances – The use of any illegal substances is strictly forbidden on the property.
- Guests & Visitors – Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors are not permitted unless approved by the host in advance.
