Host was excellent to work with. Townhome is super spacious. Views from both decks were 5 stars. Home was clean and had everything you could ever need for a stay. Would love to have ottoman or poofs for the big couches Would have used garage door opener remote for car and a tea kettle if they become available for future stay. Thanks!

Clean and comfortable

This was the perfect place for our sisters weekend. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. It was spacious enough for us to spread out. Close proximity to all the best places in town.

Great family space!

My family loved this home for a weekend get-away. It was close to the Old Mill and centrally located to other getaways. The house was spotless when we arrived and Guest Services was very helpful. We felt well cared for. The kitchen had everything we could want. The split for the bedrooms was just right, with my teens upstairs. We hope to return again soon!

Beautiful home in great location!

Absolutely loved this home. Very well equipped with an excellent location near Old Mill District. Especially enjoyed the beautiful view and a surprise visit each morning from some local deer right out the window! If you get the chance, absolutely book your stay here! You won’t be disappointed!!

Don’t use this business

We did not go. We had planned to golf but the temps in Bend dropped into the 30s so we couldn’t golf. And…no refund..,not one dime. So…will never use your business again. You would not even transfer us to Mesquite, NV where we shifted our golf outing. So…you got to keep the full price of Bend but will never get another dollar from our group. May want to rethink your policy.

House is great, not a fan of Vacasa

The house is fantastic, perfect actually, 10 out of 10. Very spacious and clean with a great little patio with a view. Fantastic location. I didn't realize the property was managed by Vascasa when I booked. Anytime I've stayed at a property managed by the owner, checking in early or getting an extra 30 minutes at check out has been no problem. Not the case with Vacasa. Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am, period. They won't work with you. This house is great, but I'd rather rent from a real human being than a company like Vacasa.

Perched over the Deschutes river looking over the Old Mill District - you can't ask for a better location for your adventures in Bend, OR. The property is managed by an professional company, communications before, during, after was perfectly time and exhaustive. No complaints.

Great close location to all the Bend activities, walking distance to the Hayden Homes Amphitheater. Quality home with high end bedding and well stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend this and stay here again.

Very nice home. Typical checkout process for VRBO is a little irritating. Why am I washing linens when I paid for cleaning? Management never responded ti me regarding early check in or late check out. Management not helpful on why house resets itself to 64 degrees every few hours.

Family anniversary trip

Wonderful property in a great location for an adult getaway for three couples. Having two bedrooms with king size beds was fabulous for our party. Great views and we really enjoyed the patio when the heat wasn’t too intense. Kitchen isn’t super well stocked but it suited our needs well. Our only real complaint was about the AC unit. We were there on a very hot weekend (104-105 degrees) and the AC just couldn’t keep up. It was set very warm when we arrived and remained uncomfortable that night. I reached out to the management company but by the time we heard back from them the next day we had it livable. If it weren’t such a hot weekend I don’t think it would have been an issue.

Great location, nice townhouse, Vacasa management

The house was clean, well equipped, and at a great location (near the Old Mill District). The views from the house are nice. We had some issues with limited hot water. The property management is via Vacasa and you can’t get a real person but you have to text them. They promised to look into it but during our short stay they didn’t. Also, Vacasa offers a late checkout which you have to pay for while in other places they don’t nickel and dime you for that. Finally, you pay both Vacasa and VRBO fees. I would not rent a place again through Vacasa.
