Deerfield Beach 3 bedroom 2 bath home, located just 2 blocks from the beach and public access. Nearby access to all outdoor activities Deerfield Beach has to offer.
The house is located on a quiet street close to all the action. This home features freshly renovated rooms, hardwood floors throughout the home, and a heated saltwater pool for all to enjoy. You will love the prime location this home has to offer all while feeling away from it all to relax during your stay.

The space
~ Perfect for families, friends, business professionals, or a weekend getaway.

~ 2 Blocks from the beach (4-minute walk) and Deerfield Beach Boardwalk filled with local restaurants, shops, excursions, and more.

~ Large screened-in back porch (childproof doors) that leads to the outdoor pool.

~ Mini fridge in covered screened-in porch area for extra fridge space and pool beverages.

~ Washer and Dryer located on the back porch.

~ Outdoor shower (hot and cold water) perfect for an after beach rinse.

~ Outdoor dining area with access to an outdoor grill.

~ Heated salt system pool with plenty of lounging options with chairs and umbrella.

~ We supply all bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, and some coffee/tea.

~ 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin daybed with trundle.

~ Smart TVs in every bedroom

~ Living area with a large flat-screen smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The location was perfect, and the house was clean and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a great trip. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. It was so clean. The vibe was definitely beach house. It was so comfortable. The location is perfect-5 minute walk to the beach. The owners were so kind and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely come back to this house!!!

Absolutely Wonderful!

We absolutely loved this property and our stay in Deerfield Beach. The house is adorable, charming, clean, conveniently located, and equipped with everything we could have needed.We were joining our LARGE family for our annual gathering. This house was exactly what we needed. The kids can walk everywhere in Deerfield Beach! We are already looking to book again in the future and make it a tradition. Michael and Donna are the PERFECT hosts!!

Charming home/ Great location

Great place a block from the beach!

This place was perfect. Cleanliness was exceptional. Michael takes really great pride of the property. Location was perfect with a heated pool, bicycles, beach chairs and umbrella. A block and a half from the beach. This one is a check for coming back! Thanks Michael and Donna.

Everything we were looking for and more. Just about everything needed was provided. The pool & outside area were exceptional! Owner heated pool to our desire. Would stay again!

Incredible location, hosts, and space

We spent five nights here and it was simply fantastic. Two blocks away from the beach (frankly some of the best in the area), walking distance from shops and restaurants, and a short drive to parking. The owners of the property live in a house on the property and they are really wonderful people. The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed to cook basic things, the knives were sharp, the coffee maker was great, and everything in the house was cared for and really nice. I don’t want to hesitate to mention how comfortable the king size bed was. My kids all had a blast swimming in the pool every day and being able to walk to the beach pretty quickly. The spot is a pretty short drive from Fort Lauderdale airport. The beaches are amazing. Nothing to not like about the spot!

Wonderful! Exactly as written!

This home was the BEST location for a family. We could walk everywhere (with a 2 year old) — to the beach, in town, restaurants, even convenience stores. The home owners are right behind and super helpful if needed, but not intrusive at all. They even brought out a wagon for us to stroll our toddler into town with. They’re so lovely and would definitely book again!

Repeat trip to this house

We enjoyed this house so much several years ago we came back last month. It is cozy and comfortable and throughly enjoyable. The owners , Michael and Donna are great, helpful but not intrusive. We had the grandkids and they totally enjoyed the pool and could also survive the short walk to the beach. Highly recommended.

Best time eva! Christmas Break in Deerfield!

We had an amazing week in Deerfield Beach! Every day, we walked to town, ate breakfast/lunch, and spent hours at the beach. Our hosts, Michael and Donna, supplied everything we needed: beach chairs, beach blankets, cooler, and umbrella...even the wonder-wheeler to transport it all :) We probably won the award for using the outdoor shower...we never showered indoors! Thanks again to our hosts! We loved the house...it had everything we needed. We slept well and were very comfortable. We were sad to say goodbye...which is an indication of a beautiful family vacation! See you again soon!

Just right

Our stay at the Deerfield Beach House was lovely. The house is in a great location with close proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. The house is exceptionally clean and neat with nice new towels, comfortable beds and fresh white bedding. The owners were welcoming, friendly, helpful, gracious and respectful of our time in their beach bungalow. We really loved the screened in porch where we enjoyed most of our meals when at the house. The sun shined through in the morning and it was peaceful and nice looking over the pool. Our family is grateful for our memorable vacation in this lovely home.

Amazing!!

This house is literally steps to the beach (block and a half), restaurants, ice cream, pier, clothing stores, etc. location can not be beat. The house itself is so clean and maintained beautifully. The owners think of everything. Soap, towels, drinks, kids pool toys and beach toys, literally anything you want. The house was perfect for us, 3 kids and 2 adults. The teen likes having his own room with bathroom away from everyone else! The pool is perfect! The outdoor shower is so convenient! I can not say enough great things about this vacation home. The owner, Is so sweet and accommodating but not at all overbearing! Our only regret…. Not staying longer!!

Perfect Place...

If you're looking for a spacious, clean space near the beach and with a pool, then this is it! You get the best of both worlds. My family and I would come back here again if we choose Ft. Lauderdale for another visit.

Wonderful Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend in Deerfield Beach! Couldn’t ask for better hosts. Michael and Donna were very accommodating and friendly. The house was perfect for two couples and was perfectly stocked and clean. Unfortunately the weather was rainy but having the large screened in porch kept us outside. The location was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely go back again!!

Great Ladies Getaway

We had an excellent long weekend in Deerfield Beach. Everything was as advertised- a pristine pool experience at the house and minutes from the beach. We had groceries delivered and mostly stayed in- the house had everything we needed. And the town had just enough shops and restaurants for the few times we ventured out. Donna and Michael were attentive hosts. They are on the same property so we saw them regularly and they went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met. We’d definitely return.

Everything was absolutely perfect! I can’t say enough good things about the house, the pool. Attention to detail. Everything so clean. Owners live in the house across the pool and access their home through the pool. We had a wonderful time.Loved everything and loved the dog Gracie ❤️🐾🐾

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was so clean and very family friendly. The beach was just a short walk away and our family really enjoyed the pool after a day at the beach. The owners are wonderful- we truly enjoyed getting to know them and their adorable doggie Gracie. We will definitely be back soon!

Clean and Neat

My wife and three children (12,9,7) visited the house for spring break. The location of the house was perfect. It is located on a very safe and quiet street with a close and pleasant walk to the beach. The house was very clean and extremely well thought through ... it is completely stocked with everything you can think of and more. The kids loved the heated pool after a day at the beach! We will be back !! :)

Michael and I are lifetime Floridians. I know, hard to believe, or even find people like us. I grew up in your home... My Father owned his own pharmacy right on A1A. My Mom, Dad, brother and I lived in this home since 1965. Wow have things changed. The neighbors all new my father as Doc Mollo, even though he was a pharmacist. My mom did the accounting part of the business and I hung out at the beach growing up. Went to all Deerfield public schools and sometimes helped out behind the counter at the pharmacy.
After graduating from high school I went off to college. My brother got married. I married my husband Michael and we built the house in your back yard. Once mom and dad passed, 2008, we used their home for family and still do of course. Everyone loves Deerfield Beach Florida, it is a piece of paradise.
Michael and I have 3 children and 9 grandchildren. Unfortunately no one wanted to live in Deerfield permanently. So eventually started renting.
We hope you enjoy our piece of paradise. From our family to yours, WELCOME, Enjoy and we are close by if you need anything.

I personally love this quaint home. It has all of the original hardwood floors, which makes for a place that you can call home. Even if just for a short time. The beach is so beautiful, and there is lots to do if so desired.
