This modern "Mother-in-law" style studio suite features a private entrance, full size shower and kitchenette. Ideal for solo travelers, couples, or digital nomads seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in a walkable neighborhood.
The Space:
Tucked in at the end, this is the largest studio in the building!

• Kitchenette with Keurig, fridge/freezer, microwave and basic tableware
• Full bathroom featuring a modern walk-in shower
• Luggage rack, hangers, dresser, iron & board
• Smart TV and full length mirror
• Mini-split system providing both heating and air conditioning
• Fast, reliable WiFi — perfect for streaming or remote work
• Private entrance with smart lock access
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of the private suite and its separate entrance. There are no shared indoor spaces. Street parking is free and usually available right in front.

Don’t miss Expatriate for a drink, Pine State Biscuits or Tin Shed for brunch and a soak at Kennedy School. This neighborhood is buzzing with energy and walkable charm while still feeling residential and relaxed.
Getting Around:
This is one of Portland’s most walkable neighborhoods.. Easy access to transit, bike routes, and ride share. 15 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to the airport.
