If I could, I would give this a 10 star review. There were 25 family members taying here as we prepared for our daughter's wedding aboard the Starship. We had the most amazing stay. Monika was very attentive to our needs before, during, and after our stay. Things we loved: the pool, the variety of outdoor options, the bar, outside cooking, individual units for families - just to name a few. There was nothing that we would change.

So many great features of this stay to make it a 5-star review. First, the communication from Monika and Evan are outstanding. They were very quick to respond to our many questions before the stay. During our stay Monika was quick to reply on a couple of occasions when we had questions with the facilitiesSecond, the resort itself was a perfect place to have multi-gen family stay for our son’s wedding. The resort consists of mini-apartments with a common area of the large pool, two outdoor grills, a generous bar area with multiple tvs, and a huge sandpit that our grandchildren loved! The fire pit area made a great gathering place for late night chats and hang out time. The location on Clearwater Beach was perfect. It’s on a quiet part of the island; yet the beach and downtown area are just a couple blocks away so they are easily accessible by walking. There is also plenty of parking at the resort. We highly recommend The Coconut Grove in Clearwater Beach for its many outstanding features, including the incredible host, Monika!

Unbelievable Experience

We were looking for a large home(s) to accommodate up to 30 people for a last minute reunion. I saw this listing and was skeptical. Really, a resort for 30 people, all to our selves with parking on Clearwater Beach during Spring Break.Well, the whole group was not impressed, they were overwhelmed!What a beautiful facility and host.All the rooms were clean to a level 10. Everything worked, AC, Stoves, Refrigerators, Showers, Washer and Dryer, everything!We spent a vast amount of our time at the outside under roof at the cabana with a working ice machine that handled all of our icy demands.The pool was heating and perfect temp. We had infants, thru 70 years old. The host answered every text within 10 minutes, and accommodated all of our requests.This is truly a one of a kind and a joy to stay at.Thank you for sharing you Resort!

Excellent place to stay for a large group. Ideal for bachelor / bachelorette parties or multiple families. It’s like having your own resort. The bar is awesome, pool is great, and the rooms are all very clean and nice. Communication with the host was prompt. Highly recommend.
