This beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom house offers the perfect blend of comfort and style, making it ideal for monthly stays (30-180 days) in the heart of Greenville, SC. Located just 1 mile from downtown Greenville, this home provides easy access to the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment in the area. You'll also be conveniently close to other popular destinations, including downtown Travelers Rest (11 miles), Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (12 miles), Paris Mountain State Park (9 miles), and Table Rock State Park (32 miles).
This eclectic home features a spacious king bedroom and two cozy queen bedrooms, perfect for a comfortable stay. With a dedicated office space just off the living room, it's a great setup for remote work or study. The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher and essential cookware, making meal prep a breeze. It also features a charming butler’s pantry for extra storage and prep space. You'll also find a stackable washer and dryer in the home for added convenience.

The back porch features a dining table with a light-up umbrella, creating a perfect spot for outdoor meals or enjoying the fenced backyard, which is exclusively for your use.
