Surf Side Shores 1705 es un condominio de 2/2 con hermosa 7ª planta Vista frontal del Golfo desde la sala de estar y dormitorio principal. La unidad ha sido totalmente renovado este invierno (2014). Madera Porcelana mirada azulejo a través hacia fuera, cocina remodelada y baños incluyendo encimeras de granito. El salón tiene un nuevo 'TV de pantalla plana y el maestro tiene un nuevo 42' 55 pantalla plana.

Surf Side Shores tiene dos piscinas junto a la playa, uno de los cuales es una piscina larga temporada. También hay una zona de la parrilla a disposición de los huéspedes de Surf Side Shores. Esta propiedad es de 1 milla de The Hangout, a poca distancia de muchos restaurantes.

* POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN: la tarifa de procesamiento de $ 89 nunca es reembolsable. Great location

We loved the location of this condo. Beach access and balcony as well as access to the Hangout and other places in town made this an ideal condo for our vacation.

Floors so dirty your feet were black. Had to wear socks indoors. Guest bathroom had red crayon marks on the wall. The lining. Room rug was so dirty you couldn’t tell the color of it. It smelled of mildew strong so bad we left doors open just to air out. Balcony was very nice. Pool was nice.

Sand and Shells

The location of the property was wonderful. It was clean and the management staff was very attentive. The pools were clean and one of the pools was kept warm, much to the delight of our grandchildren. The furnishings could use an update. The furniture in the living area is very worn and uncomfortable. The furniture outside was great and plentiful.

Beach stay

Everything was good except the tv in living room did not work because the remote did not work. The maintenance man came and tried to fix it but he couldn’t do it. The iron was also broken. Batteries were low in remote for tv in master bedroom

Great location. Property in need of updates

The location of property is wonderful. Spent most of our time in condo on balcony. Easy walk on the beach and to many restaurants. Easy check in and property mgmt was responsive. The property needs painting and had peeling paint in bedroom and bathroom. As advertised, there are no extras (paper product, hangers, soap, beach towels etc).

A great place to stay

We had a great stay, there were a few minor things wrong but over all it was a great place to stay. The things wrong were small. There was a light socket missing a cover in the back bedroom. None of the remotes worked for the TVs all the batteries were dead. But we were not there to watch tv and the view from the balcony was awesome. I would highly recommend staying here. It is close to everything and beach is great.

I gave this 4 stars only because there were a couple of things in the unit that needed some attention. There were a couple of door knobs that didn’t lock properly and a couple of doors needed to be adjusted, and the exhaust fan in the master bath made a terrible noise. This DID NOT affect our stay though. The unit was very clean and it is located in a wonderful spot. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle to still feel quiet but close enough to everything to still be able to walk to several spots we love to visit. Communication wasn’t the greatest. I had a couple of questions prior to check in that weren’t answered, but it all worked out, and everything was fine. Again, this did not affect our stay in any way. We would stay here again for sure.

A few kinks

When I arrived my key wouldn’t work. The manager came and he informed me that I had to jiggle the key in order for it to work. Got woken up at 1:30am on my departure date to water dripping in my head from the ceiling…manager came at 8am to say he didn’t know what I was talking about even thought the ceiling was wet. Shower was sour smelling. However the location was great.

Gulf Shores Alabama

We made a reservation for a condo in Gulf Shores for the first time. The process was very easy and simple from start to finish. The condo we were assigned was exactly as the description had stated on the website. The property was very nice, clean and quiet. We only had one problem during our process which was the initial key did not work. We contacted the office and they immediately had the maintenance man come and let us. The maintenance man then went and got us the correct keys to the room while we were unloading our luggage. While staying at the property the battery went dead on our vehicle. I went to the security office in the parking lot to ask the lady for assistance in finding someone to change the battery. Instead of going through the trouble of waiting on a service company, she offered to let me use her vehicle to jump start mine. I used her vehicle to start mine and then was able to go get the battery replaced myself costing less money. This was greatly appreciated and the security lady was extremely nice helpful. The only thing she asked for in return was a smile which, was gladly given. When you are a long way from home and in an unfamiliar area people like that make a huge difference. I would recommend going through HomeAway to anyone interested in renting a condo.

House keeping need to do better.

Everything was nice but house keeping need improvement coke battle underneath the TV stand, popcorn in sofa bed and someone else hair on all of the towels that was left for me and my family to use, hair on bathrooms sink, candy on floor in bathroom, no broom for guess to use to keep clean while staying.
