Welcome to our delightful home nestled in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood in Mississauga!
This property features a modern, spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a private backyard, and parking. Ideally located just a short drive from popular attractions like Fantasy Fair, Humber Arboretum, Illumi Toronto, Chinguacousy Park, and Casino Woodbine. Enjoy easy access to Pearson Airport, Humber College, fantastic dining & shopping at Woodbine Mall Fantasy Fair and Westwood Square.
This 4-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home is the ideal retreat for travelers, families, friends, and business professionals seeking a place to relax and unwind!
The bright, spacious living area is designed for comfort, perfect for relaxing and catching up on your favorite shows on the 45" Samsung Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen is great for those who love to cook and entertain, while the dining area provides a cozy space to enjoy meals and conversation.
The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, the main floor bedroom offers a double-sized bed, and both upstairs bedrooms each have double-sized beds as well.
Step outside and enjoy the great outdoors! Fire up the grill for an evening BBQ, or enjoy some fun with the basketball net in the backyard. A gate in the backyard leads directly to a large park for even more space to explore.
Your stay includes high-speed WiFi with speeds up to 1 Gbps, plus 2 convenient parking spaces right in front of the house.

*The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older.
* Basement is not accessible to guests. This is currently occupied.
* Laundry and washer are shared and located in the long-term tenant space in the basement.
*Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 20 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Note: A 150 CAD non-refundable pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Please avoid excessive barking. Thanks!
*Kindly no smoking of any kind inside and outside the house, not even in the backyard. $1,000 fine for non-compliance.
