This home has been newly remodeled and refurnished offering new mattresses, luxurious bedding & towels and plush robes for every guest. In the summer, the deck is fully furnished creating an outdoor living space perfect for ultimate relaxation after a day of exploration. The home is fully stocked with every consideration made to ensuring a 5 star experience for our guests. We’ve paid attention to every detail to ensure you that our home has everything you need and more! During your stay you will be hosted by Carol, one of the homeowners who has been hosting guests in luxurious destinations throughout the world for nearly 10 years.

Both my husband and I were born and raised in Anchorage Alaska. We love showing friends, family and guests our beautiful state. We have an in-residence guide which can be shared with you prior to arrival that will provide you with some of our "cant miss secret gems"! Carol has been hosting vacation rental guests for nearly 10 years, her husband has worked and lived in the state his entire life. We hope to help you craft your Alaskan vacation into a truly memorable authentic trip of a lifetime!

I love the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and the proximity to stores (Fred Meyer grocery store is less than a mile away, Walgreens, and Costco a couple miles up the road). I also love the walking/biking/jogging trails which you can access by walking just a few blocks up to Southport Blvd. from the house. There is a wonderful non-denominational Christian church within walking distance of our home. Many of Anchorage's best restaurants and breweries are within a 5 mile radius of the house.

We are in a peaceful, quiet, upscale location. This is our primary residence which we are now renting to travelers. Everything in our home is high-end and the home is well equipped. I have a rule when traveling..."if where I am going is not as nice or better than my own home then why leave? " We can guarantee this to our guests!
