Welcome to our cozy and fully furnished 1-bedroom, 1-bath duplex in the heart of Grand Prairie, Texas. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, you’ll love the location, comfort, and charm this space has to offer.
Perfectly situated just:
• 15 minutes from DFW Airport
• 15 minutes to Downtown Dallas
• 20 minutes to Downtown Fort Worth
Enjoy easy access to the best of the Metroplex while staying in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. You’ll find several authentic Mexican restaurants just a short stroll away, and Grand Prairie’s quaint Main Street District is only a 5-minute drive. That downtown strip has some great hidden gems for food and local flavor!
We lived in this area for years before moving to Fort Worth—and we still miss it dearly. There’s something special about this neighborhood: the convenience, the sense of community, and the easy access to everything you need.
