My husband Greg and I are from Cape Cod Massachusetts. We enjoy beaches, boating, golfing, gardening and the outdoors. We have been coming to Naples and Bonita Springs for over 40 years and have witnessed the numerous changes over those years. I am a retired nurse and Greg is semi retired from the flooring industry.
We bought this townhome 9years ago. We initially rented it seasonally while we were working. In 2020 we bought the identical one next door which we have as a rental. Our guests are very pleased with the rental and return year after year. Since then our family has grown. We have 2 daughters, 2 son-in-laws and 3 grandchildren. We are now purchasing a house in Spanish Wells to accommodate all of us.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We like this location and the community. The airport is less than a 1/2 hr drive, beaches, shopping, restaurants are very close. People are very friendly and having a gated community with 24hr security is reassuring. There are only 10 units in our building which is nice.

What we love about our property is we have a private courtyard that you can
enjoy a relaxing morning coffee or tea. In the afternoon we have wonderful sunsets on the lanai. You can cook on your own grill. The two en-suites upstairs makes it a perfect oasis for guests. The powder room downstairs is convenient for guests. We renovated this property with crown molding throughout, new flooring, new baths and kitchen, recessed lighting, new solid interior doors, new front door, new impact glass windows in the bedrooms, new shed door and new paint throughout. The designated carport space is close to the entrance of the courtyard. We recently had new marble pavers installed in the courtyard. There is dusk to dawn lighting in the courtyard. The front door has a touch keypad for easy access. This is truly a South paradise.
