East Raya Gardens is a condominium development of DMCI. It features 7 mid-rise buildings (5 floors only) inside a gated community. It is comfortably situated in Mercedes Avenue.

Surroundings:
The apartment is conveniently located on Mercedes Avenue, Pasig City, offering easy access to various areas. However, please note that the area can be busy during rush hour, so plan your travel accordingly.

Balcony:
The balcony extends from the master bedroom to the second bedroom, creating a spacious outdoor retreat. Featuring a BBQ grill, live plants, and comfortable outdoor furniture, it’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

Parking:
Please note that the apartment does not have assigned parking. However, you can request parking when you make your booking, and I will gladly arrange it for you. I will provide the parking rate and total computation before your arrival. The rate for overnight parking is Php 250.

- Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, a wardrobe, a TV, and access to a private balcony, perfect for relaxation.

- Bedroom 3 includes a queen-sized bed and a wardrobe for all your storage needs.

Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, fresh linens on the beds, and electric fans to ensure a cool, comfortable living space. Whether you're unwinding or working, this apartment provides a peaceful and well-equipped retreat.

Living Area:
This spacious and inviting apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your stay.

The living room is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a TV, a collection of books, air conditioning, a cozy sofa, and an ottoman that can seat up to 10 people. An electric fan is also provided for additional comfort. The open layout connects to the dining area, which comfortably seats 6, ideal for meals and gatherings.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your cooking needs, complete with a 2-burner induction stove, oven, blender, refrigerator, and all the essential cutlery, crockery, mugs, and wine glasses. To make your stay even more convenient, complimentary coffee, sugar, creamer, tea, and cooking essentials such as oil, salt, and pepper are provided. Drinking water is also available. Though you may need to restock on these items for longer stays.

Bathroom:
The apartment features two well-appointed bathrooms for your convenience. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort. The second bathroom, located near the other two bedrooms, is equally well-equipped. Both bathrooms include a shower with hot water, a bidet, and complimentary toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath gel, and toilet rolls for a hassle-free stay.
