The apartment is located in a traditional stone house and is only a few minutes' walk from all essential facilities.
A few minutes away are: waterfront, cafes and restaurants, Diocletian's Palace, Bus Station, Ferry Port, Railway Station. The nearest beach is the most famous sandy beach of Bačvice. This location does not require a car, but if you have one, public parking is available.

This studio apartment is 30 m2, newly renovated in 2024 and consists of a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The apartment has TV, internet, washing machine, air conditioning and coffee machine. Given that it is located on the ground floor of a traditional stone house, it is not very hot in the summer, and the air conditioner cools it down quickly if necessary. In front of the apartment there is a small yard that is in the shade for most of the day, where you can rest with a coffee and a book.

This is an ideal location for staying near the center of Split. Due to its position, it is very practical and easy to use. This is the perfect place if you want to explore the city's sights at your fingertips.
