My family’s recent stay at this property exceeded all our expectations—this is an incredible property. We have rented properties in many places before, this was by far the best.The ocean and beach views from the huge and very comfortable balcony/veranda area were fantastic, we watched sunrises there every morning and spent most of our time out there. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms, tubs and showers were huge, the kitchen and bath were well supplied with everything you could possibly need, and the grandkids were thrilled with all the beach toys and boogie boards. The dining room and veranda each had large tables for all 9 of us to eat together, and the living room furniture was very comfortable. The hotel has a swimming pool, fitness center, and good restaurant onsite, and free use of lounge chairs and towels are also available on the beach directly across the street. Brad, the host, always responded quickly to our messages and was very helpful. You will love this place, the views from the penthouse veranda cannot be beat!

Spring Break 2025

Stayed at this beautiful place for 3 nights for my daughters Spring Break. She ended up having 4 other friends come stay and there was plenty of space and the location is amazing. We very much enjoyed the views!

We loved our stay. The beautiful sunrises were the best! Great location. We had 4 adults and 3 children and had plenty of room. There were beach chairs and plenty of sand toys for the kids.

Location Great / Host the Greatest!

Property is as described and was beautiful with the most outstanding views and location. We took advantage of the hotel amenities and went for a bike ride daily. There was one small issue with a TV and the host went above and beyond to rectify it. Would highly recommend renting due to the service.

Beautiful condo in Fort Lauderdale

This condo is truly beautiful with lots of room for everybody. Any questions that we had, the owner was quick to respond and to offer restaurant recommendations. Although our check-in was slow, the hotel is working hard to improve its reception and their welcome. I highly recommend this condo.

I enjoyed this place more than any place that I’ve stayed in Florida. I brought my sister and her two kids and their significant other others with me. It was more than enough space for all of us, and it was easy to find a little place for yourself to read or look at your iPad. The place was spotless It was well supplied with kitchen, accessories, and paper towels, and everything else you need.Brad, our rental rental was fantastic also. We got an early check-in and when I contacted him about how late we can stay on the day we were leaving because we had a 7 PM flight, he said to stay as long as we need. An excellent host and would definitely rent from him again. The magic of this unit was that it had three bedrooms with three bathrooms. Two full showers and multiple areas for you to get ready when you were going out or going to the pool. At night, I got an excellent night sleep because it was so quiet.The unit was part of the Atlantic hotel and spa on Fort Lauderdale Beach. So we also got to use chairs and umbrella on the beach which we did on a couple of the days. Nikita, who worked the front desk at the hotel was just spectacular in working with Brad to ensure that we got everything we needed and worked with the owner to get us in early. I don’t think I could ask for a more perfect vacation. Everyone who was with me said what made this vacation so special was this three bedroom unit at the hotel. This was definitely a 5 star experience. Thx Brad!

30 year Wedding Anniversary

Amazing, what a place!

This unit is at very top, is top notch. Beautiful setup with plenty of space for the whole family. There were 10 of us ranging from 2-60 and we all had plenty of room and felt like we were home. The unit is truly a great place with a huge outdoor terrace which was a favorite spot for everyone. Located steps from the beach you cant go wrong. Brad was beyond helpful in making sure everything was all setup and even went out of his way to help me with a couple things. Definitely a favorite and a spot we will do again! Thanks

Great location; ideal for family gathering

The Dolphin Penthouse is definitely the gem in this older building on the FLL strip. The owner was responsive to several mechanical and housekeeping issues that arose upon check in but there was only so much he could do from a distance. While the unit is spacious with great views, it does need upgrades and modernization. It would have been nice to have fresh towels included mid-week as each set was $20 extra. Upon checkout we had to wait for a manager to sign off on the room condition and guarantee our security deposit be returned which took about 30 minutes so fortunately we weren’t rushing to catch a flight. The pool area was basic and fine; as a 3 bdrm unit, we were surprised only 2 beach chairs were included but the owner did supply some folding chairs so we were fine. This is a good family vacation unit but definitely not a luxury property

In the 10 years we’ve been with VRBO we’ve ALWAYS HAD HONEST REVIEWS WITH 5 stars. These guests were the most difficult people we’ve dealt with and nothing would satisfy them. The review is a pure fabrication and we bent over backwards to accommodate their extreme needs and unpleasant way they treated people. We believe in customer service and there was just no way to make them happy. Please check our other 10 years of reviews to see how wonderful the unit is. We are disappointed VRBO would allow such inaccuracies to be published after 10 years of 5 star reviews and loyalty.

Weekend Reunion with Friends

Our group of six old friends reunited for a long weekend on this property and found it a great fit for our needs. The view of the Atlantic from the front balcony is incredible and is the highlight of the property. The living room, dining room, and kitchen layout are functional, spacious, and beautiful. We could have benefited from a shower in the third bathroom, since the Jack & Jill bathroom for the two bedrooms is a little awkward and odd at this price point, but it was totally workable. We loved the beach access and heated hotel pool access, and the condo's six folding beach chairs were handy. If you are traveling with kids, there seemed to be plenty of beach toys available in the condo closets too. We liked the location of the hotel on the strip near to both restaurants and a small park. We used the Publix on E. Sunrise Blvd. for groceries (a 20 min. walk or a 8 Uber or order for delivery).Do be advised that the kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, pots, utensils, etc. but did not boast any pantry basics like you might see in other rentals (salt, pepper, oil, etc.). Perhaps because it is in a hotel setting? Be prepared to bring or purchase all ingredients.The hosts were easy to work with and helped us out with special checkin needs. Overall, it was a lovely stay with an unforgettable view! Thank you, Brad!

Amazing views & Location

Could not have enjoyed our stay more, checkin was seamless - communication with owners was stellar and location was A+ Beds were comfy, there was more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable (our group was 6) and the view from the main balcony was stellar! The unit has 3 more balconies but we did spend anytime looking at anything besides the ocean. Thanks for being an amazing host for our trip!

Top Notch

Our family of five had a wonderful time staying in this most magnificent unit. It was described accurately on VRBO. The space was clean, fresh, well maintained and plentiful. The best part was the balcony!! It had enough seating for everyone and more and the views of the Atlantic were extraordinary. I would highly recommend this unit and location for anyone looking to vacate in south Florida!

Great long weekend!

Great location! The property is a short Uber drive from Ft Lauderdale Airport, and right across the street (walkable) from miles of sandy beaches. We had groceries delivered and rarely ventured farther than the property and beach, although we found a coffee shop and restaurants within walking distance too. Very relaxing and nice long weekend!

Beautiful Penthouse

It was a beautiful penthouse located in the perfect place to restaurants, bars and the beach. Although it was quite windy that we couldn’t spend too much time on the amazing deck, the place was so big that the 9 of us had plenty of space. Centrally located to everything and super clean. Would definitely book again

Perfect for family

It’s always great to get great location, great property, great management. Do beware of crazy valet fees and resort fees. The hotel staff was great and very accommodating even though we rented through VRBO. Was worried about that going in but was pleasantly surprised.

Beautiful, comfortable, and the view can’t be beat.

The condo was just as described. Very comfortable and spacious. We loved the patio! View was amazing! We very much appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella…which we weren’t expecting. Check in was super easy and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location, close to things but not too close. We’d definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect location, perfect rental

My family and I stayed here, and everyone enjoyed the stay. Beautiful views, the pictures are an accurate representation. Everything was clean and spotless, and we were even able to use the hotels amenities. Definitely the best of both worlds. Will rent again next time we are in Ft. Lauderdale. This was the best vacation rental we have stayed in to date.
