Qué excelente ubicación para esta encantadora y espaciosa casa de playa de 1,269 pies cuadrados con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. A solo unos pasos de los hermosos canales Bay Bay de Newport, donde puedes llevar a tus pequeños a jugar en la arena, construir un castillo de arena y buscar cangrejos. El 38th St Park está cruzando la calle con su excelente área de juegos para niños y la cancha de básquetbol de cancha completa. Incluso hay otro divertido parque infantil sobre el pequeño puente a Newport Island, justo bajando la acera.

Imagínese tomando algunas bebidas y subiendo a la impresionante terraza de la azotea y disfrutando de las magníficas vistas del océano, los canales, las montañas y las luces de la ciudad. Great Place

Great place, clean and good parking. Cable TV. Deck off the master is nice. Good location. Washer and Dryer and in the house. This rentals front door is on the second floor so you have the second and third floor. I don't like when the washer and dryer are in the garage.

Newport Beach Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect with very short walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The place does not have AC but the weather is nice in October and we did not have any problem with just leaving the windows open.

Great location

We spent time with my parents and loved the rooftop deck. The house was close to the beach. It was a very easy walk for everyone. Restaurants and grocery close by as well. House was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals.

Had a great stay. Everything was well stocked.

Had a lot of family fun at this rental. Everything you need is there. There were a couple minor things like can opener didn’t work (no fault to owner if no one told them) and we couldn’t get one of the TV’s to work. Wished so many of the windows weren’t broken so we could open them to let in the wonderful cool, fresh air. Otherwise this place accommodated my family well and we loved the extra space in the garage and having a carport. I would definitely recommend this place.

The location was convenient to everything, and from the rooftop deck we could see both the beach and the bay canal. The layout was roomy enough having the primary bedroom/bathroom upstairs. Newport Beach Vacation Properties was great to work with. They were very responsive and helpful.*Cons-The finishes were a bit tired.There was a massive vehicle in the shared carport which made parking there difficult.More basic condiments and spices would’ve been nice.

Home away from home

High quality everything. I like to cook and to have nice cooking tools and appliances on vacation was greatly appreciated especially for a beach house. Quality linens and comfortable beds. Very spacious. Lots of closet storage. Huge pantry. Great views. We loved the rooftop patio and spent many mornings and evenings there. Perfect distance from the beach and I could see my son playing basketball from the living room or rooftop. Loved our stay!

Kitchen was nice and had lots of storage as well as household items you need Bbq was brand new and outdoor furniture was new and very nice.I would stay there again we had a great time!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Terrible. Couldn't use garage part of the stay. No toaster, No coffee maker, so silverware, no propane. Had to bug to get things that should have been there. Asked about orange light on door. Nothing was done so we couldn't lock the door, and leave. Wasted half a day on that. Mold and mildew in the shower. No working broom to sweep. Had to ask for one. We have been to Newport several times, several rentals. This one was our worst. Yes they took care of some of our issues as fast as they could, but why should I have to ask and beg for things that should already be in the rental as described? Couldn't grill for a few days because the propane was out, they delivered the propane to the wrong place...Still had to wait for it and beg for it.....This rental is really loud with the basketball courts and Balboa is REALLY LOUD. No ac is an issue for the upstairs bedroom. Windows open all the time and it never cooled down, its a sweat box to sleep in. Aaron tried his best to help us with all our issues, but again I shouldn't have any issues when arriving at a rental.

Roof deck joy on 38th st.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed 5 weeks at 209B 38th St. The location was excellent, the place was well furnished and very comfortable, and we loved the roof deck -- see the ocean to the West and Saddle Back mountain to the East. Perfect! Great kitchen for cooking and well supplied with dishes and pans, which was nice. I appreciated the bbq on the deck. Even had some beach and toddler toys, which can in handy for our grandson. I didn't give 5 stars for cleanliness because the dishes weren't really clean (last renters fault mostly) and the windowsills were caked with dirt, but the basics; toilets, counters, floors, were all clean and ready for us. The outside of the house needs some maintenance, as do the windows, but it didn't affect us. We had a small water leak while there and NBVP acted quickly and efficiently to solve the problem -- thanks, Alex! Overall, a great stay; highly recommended!

Great beach house - missing one important thing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The one big thing missing at this property was beach towels. When the property is in a beach location, beach towels are a must and almost expected. We've rented at several beach properties over the past few summers in the area, and they have always been provided. I didn't expect to need to fly with a suitcase full of beach towels for this vacation - that was really inconvenient. The number of bath towels provided were only for the number of occupancy, so there were no extras to use at the beach in the absence of beach towels. Kitchen was really well equipped and we felt like we had everything we needed to enjoy meals or snacks at home. Also, the empty "for sale" property downstairs has multiple smoke alarms that are low on batteries and "chirp" or sporadically go off at full volume throughout the day & night. We let the management company know, but they just told us "we have nothing to do with the property downstairs". Chirping in the middle of the night can become tiresome and annoying after a few days - They really should get in touch with the realtors to let them know what is going on as it does affect the vacation rental at night when the sound comes through the floor. Overall, this would be a perfect rental for 4 people. It might feel a bit crowded for 6. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and felt like it was at its max. The carpet in the living room is filthy - the living room would almost be better without it. The dining/living room furniture is super wobbly - the handyman came in to tighten the screws as soon as we let them know, but I think its just the quality of the furniture. It didn't get much better after he tightened the connections with a screw driver. The good thing is that the beach was our focus, so we didn't dwell on the negatives. Overall a great location with a nice view of the water from the roof deck.
