Estamos reduciendo la tasa de septiembre porque un cambio de horario ha creado un vacío en el horario. Para alquileres vacacionales y ejecutivos o corporativos, mínimo 30 días. La Asociación de Propietarios y la ciudad de Denver prohíben los alquileres a corto plazo, por lo que tenemos el mínimo de 30 noches.

SITUADO: Cerca de conciertos y eventos deportivos. Caminar para ver las Rocosas, caballos salvajes, avalancha, o pepitas. Situado cerca del corazón del centro, en la atractiva zona de Union Station y la orilla del río.

Union Station ahora ofrece un servicio ferroviario completo al aeropuerto, por lo que moverse sin un automóvil es más fácil que nunca. O puede viajar por Amtrak al este (Chicago y más allá) o al oeste, a las montañas o a Salt Lake City o California. Hay un tren de la mañana a la estación de esquí de Winter Park (con una parada en Winter Park los fines de semana de esquí o en la cercana ciudad de Fraser, con un autobús gratuito a Winter Park Resort).

The location is very central to the many great hot spots of Denver. The host was very helpful and communicative. The kitchen is fully stocked and we were able to bake and cook many meals at home. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Amazing apartment in Denver

This property has it all, space, super clean, location, parking. You couldn't ask for better in the Denver area. Hosts were responsive and helpful with everything. We didn't have any issues while staying there. If we ever come back to Denver we will stay here again!

Well appointed and spacious apartment

The trainbridge condo is a lovely apartment. The building and area are very dog friendly with lots of areas nearby to walk them. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The little side patio was great but sometimes a little hard to enjoy when the trains are going by. There were never train horns or anything like that but often the train stops for shift change right there and the stopping and restarting of the metal cars was often very loud. But the rest of the accomodations make up for it!

Great location

The condo is in a great area very close to all that downtown has to offer. We stayed over a month and enjoyed it. There are two parking spots however the neighbor parks over the line often for the spot near the stairs. She lives next door and is very nice and apologized when we finally met. She did better after that. We used the bedroom away from the train and it was not a problem for us. They can be loud although closing all doors and windows tightly makes them not very noticable. If you are an extremely light sleeper it might be a problem. You can sit on the balcony and watch the trains and the creek go by.

Light Sleepers…Beware!

After many rentals during my extensive travels, this one, entitled “luxury” in the heading but was average at best. It was obvious from the beginning, that the owner left the cleanliness, care and attention up to perhaps the housekeepers. It was by far cleaner when I left it than when I found it. The train noise is a real problem for light sleepers!! Often times, the entire building shakes and the noise is deafening out on the patio. The cookware is old and worn out and the disposal wasn’t working upon my arrival (the owner did come fix it promptly however). Note: There are no blackout shades in the bedrooms so sleeping in might be an issue. And as for doing business with VRBO, they were no help whatsoever in helping to solve my concerns. I wasted hours on the phone with them. The owner seemed nice enough, but obviously it’s a property “out of sight, out of mind” for him. There were 2 coffee machines but no coffee anywhere. Thankfully I had brought my own. On the positive side, the location is good (except for the trains!). The water pressure is very good in the showers and the AC worked great. There’s a huge TV which was nice. The 1 parking space is very tight and rather difficult to get into and out of. issue.

Perfect Location

What an exceptional location to explore and be a part of Denver. The corner unit next to the rail and river was so special. We loved how secluded yet in the middle of the cultural, sports, restaurants and trails we were. The condo was light and airy with all the amenities! We will definitely book a stay here again

Amazing space with great energy and… trains!

I stayed at this condo for almost 2 months. I absolutely loved it. It was an amazing experience to stay right downtown within walking distance from so much in LODO- prime location. It is very spacious and very well appointed. I am a big cook and it had everything I needed. That is very rare in my experience with a rental. But the most amazing part of this place are the two windows. The south facing has a creek and ducks and people running and walking and biking. There’s a lovely view of the creek and the grass across the way. It’s beautiful. And then there are the trains! . I never thought trains would be fascinating for me but I sat outside and watched them often. For those concerned about the noise, if you’re outside, yes there’s no doubt there’s noise. But inside the insulation on the glass panels make it so that you just hear a rumbling . And it’s pretty cool regardless. I will stay here again in a heartbeat. In fact I shared it was so many friends and family that I hope they do. Thank you!

Excellent "Creek-side" Condo in desirable LoDo neighborhood (Denver)

My husband and I stayed in this great condominium for 3 months (Jan-Mar). Since we are presently working remotely due to COVID, we worked from this condo during the week days and took advantage of the city of Denver each evening then skied on the weekends. So let me start there....we were looking for housing where we could set up two separate individual work spaces. This place checked that box because there is both a kitchen table and a desk in the second bedroom. As far as skiing goes (there is lots of it and we went to a different mountain every weekend), you will be able to fit an SUV with a Thule box on top in the garage under the building...that was a concern of ours and you need not worry. It will fit. OK, then there is the location of the condo. It is so perfect. We brought our dog and there is green space right across the creek where he would run unleashed with other dogs. Plus right down the street there is a great park for leashed walks. Really nice! We didn't know Denver at all prior to arriving and I think we hit the jackpot with LoDo. It is convenient to walk to lots of restaurants, groceries, gyms, coffee shops, shopping, etc, etc. The vibe is really great. Also, LoDo is very safe. Then....one of the best things, if you are a sports fan, you can walk to a game in any season...less than a mile to see Broncos, Rockies, Nuggets or Avalanche play (unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of the close proximity to the fields/arenas to actually see a game because of Covid, but we did walk around each one). The condo is also in walking distance to the Denver Performing Arts Complex which has 10 difference performance spaces, amazing (another place I would have spent a lot of time, if not for Covid)! Now there is the condo itself. Other people talked about the trains, we honestly didn't notice. The 2 bedroom/2 bath is very spacious and it's nice to be right on the creek. Little Raven Street is quiet and well kept. Other things we liked - in unit washer/dryer, big closets, and the gas grill. If all this isn't enough, Ned and Kirsten are very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. So if you are comparing and contrasting this place to others, stop and just book this one. You will be so happy you did!

Union Station

We were in need of a short term 30-day rental while we were waiting to move into our new home. We were new to Denver and found this property to be a great home away from home. It is close proximity to all the great restaurants and fun that downtown Denver offers and is a short walking distance to Union Station to catch the train to the airport or surrounding areas.

Great Location in Denver!

Great location in LoDo. Walkable to just about everything. Nice two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, with spacious balcony. Next to creek. Apt. is also next to train tracks. We enjoyed watching the trains, but if the proximity to freight trains and train noise bothers you, this would not be your best choice. Good communication with owner.

Great space, perfect location, amazing hosts

We had a fabulous time in this apartment exploring Denver. It is spacious and clean, has all the essentials, and location cannot be beat. Ned and Kristen are super responsive and very helpful in answering questions, offering suggestions / contacts in Denver, etc. Only small thing that was a bit of a bother were the trains late at night / early morning as we are both pretty light sleepers.

Thank goodness!

This condo saved our lives! Our house was under construction so we needed a place not too far from home to wait it out. Of course, construction took longer than planned (what a surprise!), and the owners allowed us a two week extension, making a pretty stressful situation much less so. The condo is very tastefully appointed, with modern furniture and soothing colors. The art is black and white prints for the most part, and they're beautiful and interesting. The TV has On Demand and Netflix! The dishwasher is the quietest one I've ever heard. The balcony patio is a few yards from the railroad trestle bridge, and there are trains going by very frequently, which we found interesting and eye-opening regarding the amount and type of train traffic running through Denver. The Cherry Creek river and pedestrian/bike paths running below and parallel to the building is lovely. One thing to think about is parking if you have two cars. One space is included, which is terrific, but there is literally no parking on the street for a couple of blocks.

A perfect stay with fanstastic hosts!

I stayed in this unit for 10 months during an extended business engagement in Denver. It's a very comfortable space: spacious, super clean with lots of sunlight and modern amenities. My hosts, Ned & Kirsten, were always quick to respond to any inquiries and requests. For exploring types, the LoDo location is within walking distance of many downtown shops, restaurants, parks and other Denver attractions - easy to get out and visit! As a frequent business traveler, I really enjoyed the convenient location near Union Station with direct access to the Denver airport. All-in-all, a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent accommodations and location

This was a wonderful place with a high quality modern feel. The decor was nice and not cluttered. Facilities were in excellent condition. The location was great--right by the Cherry Creek Trail for biking and jogging. Close walking distance to Elitch Gardens, Museum of Contemporary Art, Pepsi Center, the famous Little Man ice cream jug, and more. The owners were excellent to work with and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended!

Business trip/Convention Centre

A colleague and I, in town for a conference, thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay. The condo was very clean, well appointed (decor, furnishings and finishings) and had numerous other amenities. The location is ideal - a mere 15-20 minute walk to the Convention Centre and even closer to a host of good restaurants, shops, bars and the 16th Street Mall. Kirsten was a pleasure to deal with providing prompt and courteous answers to my inquiries. In addition, she had made the entire process very easy and efficient for renters. Booking and payment were simple as was checking in/out of the condo itself. If ever in Denver in the future, I would not hesitate to contact Kirsten in the hopes of renting from her again.

Great Location!

We enjoyed staying here for 3 nights, and it was an all-around great experience. Communication was great checking in and out, and was extremely smooth. Perfect location Downtown Denver

The condo was perfect for our family visiting one of our sons in Denver. The accommodations were perfect for three of us. The bed was very comfortable in the master bedroom. The master bath was very large with an extra long bathtub. The kitchen was perfect with all the extras you need while traveling, including great coffee. The condo was conveniently located in the downtown area. We were able to access everywhere we needed to be easily. The owners were great. We had a plumbing issue and they had help immediately on the way. They were very concerned that we were being put out by a very small inconvenience. They were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We hope to stay at this condo again in the future and highly recommend!

Ned and Kirsten live just outside of Denver and recently fell in love with the exciting, central LoDo/Riverfront Park location. This is a one-of-a-kind location--right on the creek, on a private drive, and just steps from downtown Denver. Please note: The condo is also near a train line. We actually really like it--trains are limited to 10 mph and aren't allowed to blow their horns in city limits.
