Highly recommend this condo for your visit to Toronto. It has everything you need, clean, and secure building. Great communication with the host. Central location with easy access to local transportation. And the public parking lot at 51 Bond St is good value and only steps away.

3/5 stars. Central location. Pretty comfortable beds. Place was fairly comfortable. Checkout was 11:00am at 11:05 I was rushing and just about ready to go. The cleaner walked in the door without knocking or warning, I found that to be a bit strange, you would expect at least a 10-15 minute grace period before entering. After leaving I messaged the host to inquire about something I forgot in the suite, 2.5 days later and still no response.

I was traveling to Toronto with my family to watch the Toronto Blue Jays game, and using the condominium from this host was second to none. Prior to our arrival, the host phoned me and told me that my original booking had bed bugs and gave me a far better option which was this unit. The check-in process was clean and well explained, the overall location was fantastic considering it's less than a 3-minute walk to the Rogers Centre with many food and bar options within a three block radius.The condominium itself was a good size, clean and a perfect option for a group traveling to Toronto for a short or longer stay. Having your own parking space was a blessing and it also saved a significant amount of money considering how expensive it is to park in Toronto. I would highly recommend this post and this condominium. They will certainly be the first I will be looking for when I return for another event.

This property was infested with bed bugs. We had to leave but were bitten nonetheless. Not all of the elevators were operable resulting with long waits, on one day 30 minutes. The area behind at least one bed was filthy. The sheets on at least one bed were stained with what I took to be bed bug fecal droppings. The drier was full of laundry. The location is central but that was small recompense. Thanks to management for refunding the cost.

The apartment was centrally located and easy to get to other areas in Toronto. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Everything you need as far as supplies, appliances and kitchen items. The only problem with this apartment is the elevator situation. There were two in-service and it was long waits for each of them.

Location was walking distance from a mall and popular square, and many restaurants. View from condo and one of bedrooms really nice. Older building so something very noisy at night like A/C equipment or something. Shower heads could have been nicer and more pleasant to use. It was adequate. Washer/dryer worked but had to move knobs around and fiddle with it to get it to work.

The location in general is great, all very walkable and metro stations around the corner.The check-in was ok, some small details were missing that could have been improved - that you need to call someone on the intercom.Overall it is a good place to stay, the pictures are a little older and the apartment is not as new and luxurious as it looks on the pictures.

Good location and comfortable unit. Well decorated and a well equipped kitchen.Some issues came up during the stay but the management team was reactive and got most things addressed in the timely manner.Main issue were the elevators with only 1 out of 3 working, sometimes had to wait 10-15 minutes for a down elevator to show up and 33 stories is too many for stairs...

Cozy and clean. Quiet and the beds are comfortable Great location, close to everything imcluding parking across the street. Comfortable for two couples. Has everything you would need for kitchen. Incredible view. Nice cozy space high up so you can see the city. Close to downtown and the mall is around the corner. Could have been cooler in the unit. Maybe shower heads with softer settings but all in all a Nice place to hang out for a little while. We were a party of 4 and were very comfortable.
