Great place to stay. Great location! Walking distance to Roger Centre, CN Tower and other downtown attractions. The apartment is clean and well equipped with everything you need. The host is very responsive and helpful. Free parking was a bonus. Check in and check out were very easy. Only thing is the loud traffic noise from the freeway…so bring earplugs.

Excellent location and a spacious, clean, comfortable unit. The parking was a great convenience and it was nice that the entrance to the complex was on a quiet side street that allowed a less stressful arrival and departure, even right downtown.

Can’t say enough about this stay. Hosts are really responsive and helpful. The condo was spotlessly clean and in a great location to get around the city. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great location. Nice to have free parking. Lovely little set up suite. If you're sensitive to sounds at night bring ear plugs!! Also the rooms are pretty bright. Just things to keep in mind.Our host was friendly and attentive!!Clean, comfy, could use a little love.

Property was as described on the website. All of the rooms were very clean and we really enjoyed the location of the unit. Pretty much everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The communication from the host was top notch and answered all of my questions I had within minutes from the whole process from booking the unit to the end of the rental period.I would definitely recommend.

Definitely in the middle of everything downtown. Easy public transportation and grocery store access. Ubering was super easy as well. I think this condo is a bit more suited for younger folks as I found the tub/shower slightly challenging to get in and out of with my very moderate disability. And it is not quite. Bring ear plugs for sleeping and you'll be fine. We were only there to sleep and eat, otherwise out and about and had a blast. Andrea is a great communicator. No issues there. Over all, a very good place to stay.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. Within walking distance of most of the downtown attractions. Connected to the Toronto Path. The free parking is a must in Toronto.

Great condo with everything you might need, appreciated the coffee pods!The elevators in the building had big lines and weren’t all working so we ended up always taking the stairs.

Great location for local restaurants and attractions. Apartment needs some updating. Blinds missing on windows, dishwasher does not work. It runs but does not clean the dishes at all. Slider to patio will not lock. Cleaning crew needs to do better. Floors were dirty, furniture needed dusted, stove vent range that is glass needed cleaning along with track lighting in kitchen. Cleaning crew left laundry in dryer ( over stuffed) and was still wet. We had to finish the laundry to have enough towels for 4 people to use. Only one set clean and dry in each bedroom when we checked in for four people. Washing machine would not work for us to do our laundry. Timer ran but unit would not fill with water. We were given a cleaning credit by managing agent for this.

This was a great location for us. Everything we planned on doing was with walking distance. Loved the location. Only down fail is the close proximity of the freeway. We found it to be quite loud when sleeping. It was unfortunate that the one elevator was not working and often had long waits and resorted to using the stairs.

The unit was very clean and well stocked with essential items. The instructions for pickup of the keys and checkout were very clear. A parking spot in the garage was a big plus. The unit has an ideal location 2 blocks from harbor, Scotia Arena, CN Tower and the Aquarium. The Union station is one block away with easy access almost anywhere around the city. There were several grocery and convenience stores nearby. I will certainly request the same unit again.

Cozy place, centrally located

Five of us stayed here, and it was a little tight. More room than a hotel, for sure, but minimal bathrooms and kitchen sizes. Top rack of dishwasher didn't get clean. The apartment is triangular shaped, and the bedrooms have sliding doors that don't latch or lock. You can see the lake through some of the nearby buildings, but it is much closer to the traffic on the Gardiner Expressway, just a few floors below. I was worried about the lights and traffic noise, but we slept well. The building is connected to the PATH covered walkway network, which is probably awesome in the winter, but we even appreciated it the few hot days we were there. There is a full grocery store just across (or under) the street to the north. We actually found a problem with the entry floor when we arrived, with the flooring warped and sticking up. It was damage I didnt want to be blamed for it, but also a trip hazard. The host was amazing and responsive and had a repairman out the next day (it was a weekend). This was the first time I've ever had a host so responsive during my stay. Refreshing.

Fantastic First Trip to Toronto

We had a great stay at Heart of Toronto–2BR–Free Parking with our 19-year-old twins. The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to do and right next to a grocery store, which made grabbing snacks and breakfast items easy. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels and linens, and parking was convenient. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the in-unit laundry was a big plus after days on the road.The layout was ideal for our family — my husband and I had a private bedroom and en-suite, our son enjoyed the room with the balcony, and our daughter used the pull-out couch. They had their own bathroom to share, which worked out great.There was a bit of water damage near the washer, but a handyman came by and was very respectful of our schedule. We asked him to wait until checkout, and he kindly agreed. We covered the lifted flooring with a bath mat and had no issues.Andrea was a fantastic host — quick to respond and very helpful. When our daughter forgot her wallet in the unit, Andrea immediately sent us a new code to retrieve it, which saved us so much time and stress.Highly recommend this condo for a comfortable and convenient stay in Toronto!

Perfect downtown property!

This property was just as noted in the pictures. It’s really clean and comfy. The location was very good for downtown sight seeing/shopping. Restaurants within walking distance. The host was easily accessible. I had some issues with the VRBO website, and the host was very willing to contact me by phone. I would highly recommend this property.

Cute apartment! Very close to all amenities. Easy walk to Rogers arena for the Jays games we took in

Richard, the owner I believe(?) was super prompt in answering our questions! He stayed on the phone with us while we made our way to the parking garage. It is a bit tricky, especially not knowing the inna and outs of this big city! Signage on the parking garage, would have been helpful. No fault if the owners. The suite was clean, and has all the ammenities,we could possibly need! We found the bed quite comfortable as well! Will recommmend staying here for sure! I was going to sdd a bunch if pics, but I couldn't get them to load on this review unfortunately!! We had a blast!
