Our spacious, open-concept barn comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests and includes: Loft Bedroom: Queen bed + plug-in TV (guests can connect phones/devices) Main Floor Bedroom: Dreamy double canopy bed Five Twin Air Mattresses: With soft bedding provided—great for extra guests or kiddos!

Details You'll find a functional and charming kitchen featuring: A vintage 1930s farmhouse sink Brand new appliances: oven, dishwasher, large fridge Cookware + dining essentials: pots, pans, griddle, plates, glasses, mugs, silverware, mixing bowls & more Coffee maker & toaster Perfect for cooking meals together or grazing around the giant 12-ft island!

Outdoor Space 

We keep the large patio tables indoors for protection but are happy to set them up for you upon request! Same with the plants and décor—just send a quick message before arrival if you’d like the outdoor space styled for your stay (weather permitting).

If you have an RV or Motorhome, we do have available parking for you.

House Rules – Strictly Enforced

1.Guest Count, Visitors & Gatherings (Critical Rule)
The total number of overnight guests AND visitors must be accurately disclosed and approved in writing through VRBO before booking and before arrival.
-Maximum occupancy: 9 overnight guests
-Maximum people on property at any time: 15 total (including children)
-Any gathering is limited to a small, private gathering only.
-All visitors must leave by 12:00 AM (midnight).
-Any undisclosed or unapproved guests remaining after midnight over the 9-person overnight limit will be charged $50 per person, per night.
-Failure to disclose or communicate accurate guest numbers may result in additional fees, immediate cancellation of the reservation, or removal without refund, per VRBO policy.

2. No Undisclosed Guests, Parties, or Events
Large parties, events, or open-invite gatherings are not permitted.
Any change to guest count or plans must be communicated and approved before arrival. Showing up with more guests than booked is a violation of house rules.

3. Decorations & Damage Prevention
Do not use tape, nails, tacks, command hooks, adhesives, or any materials that may damage walls, furniture, or surfaces. Any damage will be charged to the guest.

4. Antiques & Thrifted Items
If you use any tableware, décor, or items from cabinets for a gathering, all items must be cleaned, handled carefully, and returned to their original location. These are antiques and unique thrifted finds that are not easily replaced.

5. Restricted Areas
Guests are not permitted to enter any barns or climb on any barn structures at any time.

6. Furniture & Home Care
No shoes on furniture.
Any moved furniture or items must be returned to their original placement before checkout.

7. No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home. Violations will result in additional cleaning fees.

8. No playing, climbing, or sitting on the stairs.

9. Agreement to Rules
By booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to all house rules. Failure to follow these rules may result in additional fees or termination of the reservation without refund.
