★One king size bed (sleeps 2 people)
★Stylish Loft hidden in the heart of an amazing city park

★Complete kitchen
★This is a one-bedroom unit with an open concept. Thus, no door going to the bedroom.
★All of the best city amenities within 10 minute drive. Westport, the Plaza, Power and Light, River Market, and the Crossroads
★KU Medical Center, 1.2 miles away, 5 minute drive

You'll be able to access all aspects of this apartment minus a supply closet that will be locked.
Other things to note
★★Early check-in/Late checkout maybe available for an extra cost.
★Lost key fob will result to a $70 fine for replacement.
★Both the white and black curtain need to be drawn for privacy in the unit. Individually the curtains are transparent to people outside.
★Maintenance staff are available to respond to your needs.
★Security staff are available to respond as the need arises.
Please be aware that during colder months, ice may form on stairs, walkways, and other outdoor areas of the property. While we take steps to ensure guest safety by providing tools like salt or sand for de-icing, weather conditions can change rapidly.
