The apartment was a peaceful place to return to after a day of walking in the city. We felt safe. Close to transportation, Central Park and good food. Owners were very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

Everything was great! I was there for the NYC Marathon and the place was perfect. Gertrude was a easily contacted and responsive to everything we had questions about. The place was clean and extremely comfortable. Highly recommended.

Gertrude was very pleasant to deal with. Clean unit and comfortable beds. Area was a bit far for us to reach the areas we wanted but very convenient to grab an uber.

Place is exactly as described. Clean, owner very responsive, all you need in a home away from home is there. It is a bit far for subway system. Not to much around close by for restaurants or bars etc. I would recommend for younger couples who are able to get around by foot, taxis, bus.

There are several positives to this apartment, including the responsiveness of the host, fun LED lights throughout the living room, nice flat screens, comfortable beds, an abundance of clean linens and towels and a parking garage conveniently located.However, we were surprised and a bit disappointed to learn the location is not what is pictured on the listing. This East Harlem apartment is nowhere near Central Park, rather it is on the other side by the river. The apartment was also not thoroughly cleaned, and lacked the cozy amenities seen in the pictures, like the line of little soap bottles in the bathroom and pods for the coffee maker.

The host was very responsive and kind, and the place itself was nice and neat.There was a sudden dramatic weather change, and although the main heater didn’t work, the host reacted very quickly and brought us strong, nice portable heaters.The only problem was the location— it’s not actually on Park ave. as stated in the description.

My complain is more to VRBO managing listing: approximate location indicated on map is not close to the actual one. Although it is still safe but it is much further from Central Park than i anticipated. If you are fine with ‘Ubering’ everywhere, go for. The apartment itself is well stuffed, clean and very accommodating owner/manger gets back immediately.

Property is as pictured. Very nice modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable and there was more than enough linens. It is in walking distance of the Met and many restaurants and grocery. The building is safe with friendly neighbors and a nice workout room in the building next door.
