It has everything you need—a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with both a bathtub and rain shower, a comfy living area with a dining table, and a spacious king-size bedroom with a desk. Big windows let in plenty of light and offer great city views, making it a perfect spot to relax or work.
included services: housekeeping three times a week with linen change
Electricity and water are both included , note that the electricity allowance is 2400THB/month any consumption on top of that is exclusive at 8THB/ unit
Damage deposit: upon arrival we require a damage deposit that will be refunded on checkout, the amount will depend on how long is your stay.
