3 bedroom/3 bathroom top floor condo that checks a lot of boxes! Enjoy a Main Street address with downtown Breck and base of Peak 9 accessible on foot or free trolley. 1400 sqft on 1 level features full kitchen, gas fireplace and dining area. Vaulted ceilings throughout. All bedrooms have an attached bath. In-unit laundry. Detached 1 car heated garage. Access to outdoor pool/hot tubs, gym, steam room. Near troll. Walk to everything! Onsite hot tub outside of unit.

• Full kitchen with everything needed to cook and serve a meal plus breakfast bar with 4 barstools

• Master bedroom with king bed and attached bathroom with shower, separate tub and double vanity.
• Second bedroom with queen bed and attached bathroom with shower/tub combo.
• Third bedroom with two twin over twin bunks and attached bathroom with shower/tub combo.

• 2 onsite outdoor hot tubs.
• Access to Main Street Station amenities: Large outdoor heated pool, seven hot tubs, fitness center and steam room.
• Charter Sports in Main Street Station will provide complimentary overnight ski valet so you do not have to carry your equipment back to the condo. Located in Main Street Station (near the base of Peak 9).They are open 8am-7pm until the last couple weeks of the season.

Parking Limit: 1 car in private garage, availability to park 1 other car in the outdoor guest spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis (not guaranteed). Additional cars may be parked across the street at the Ice Rink Lot (paid overnight parking). Oversize vehicles must park at the Airport Road pay overnight lot.

As far as we know the pool area and 4 hot tubs will still be open during repairs. We will update once we have dates or any other information.*The three outdoor hot tubs at the fitness center will be resurfaced this fall, 2025 and will be closed. We will update here once we have any dates or more information.
• Charter Sports in Main Street Station will provide complimentary overnight ski valet so you do not have to carry your equipment back to the condo. Located in Main Street Station (near the base of Peak 9). They are open 8am-7pm until the last couple weeks of the season.

Location:
• Located on Main Street and only a short walk to shops and restaurants in La Cima Mall.
• Across the street from the Ice Rink and Train Playground Park, great for kids in the summer an winter.
• Walk from the condo to the Troll Trail to see the famous Isak Heartstone wooden troll created by a Danish artist.
• Carter Park free sledding hill is just a couple blocks away and walkable.
• Ski slope access: The closest lift to this property is the Quicksilver Lift at the Base of Peak 9, in the Village, about a 10-15 minute walk. The other option is to take the bus that stops directly in front of the unit and take it two stops. It'll stop across the street from the Village and it is just a short walk to the Quicksilver lift from there. The bus will also continue on to the Gondola which goes to the base of Peak 7 and 8. *Please note that Peak 9 may be closed early and/or late season. Scheduled closing date 4/12/26.

• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided.
• Hot tub towels are provided.

Other things to note:
» The minimum age of the primary renter must be 25.
» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses, opening and closing dates.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft which is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
» Per the HOA, pets are strictly prohibited.

Perfect location. We walked to the lifts although there is a shuttle right out in front of the unit. Walked to town. We did not move our car from heated garage. Very roomy. We ate breakfast every morning in the unit. We brought 3 young adult children with us and two slept in bunk bed room with no complaints. Very sturdy and larger. Lots of space in den to spend time together. Could not as for anything else. Close to hot tubs.
