Our location @ 9 Vail Road is in the center of Vail makes it easy to walk to the restaurants, great shopping and the base of Vail ski resort. The normally is well suited for 2 or 3 couples or a family. Our master has a king bed, the 1st guest bedroom has a King, and the 2nd guest bedroom has 2 XL twin beds. Each bedroom has an on-suite bathroom and TV. There is a large living room, and a second floor balcony for kids to escape. One parking space is available in the underground heated garage. There is a year round outdoor heated pool and hot tub.

Great condo. Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen is well stocked with new pots and pans and spices for cooking. Location is good between Gondola 1 and Lions Head. There is a bus stop across from the building to get to either location. Be aware that the primary bedroom is up the spiral staircase in the photo. The host was great and very responsive. Only other downside is that there is no drip coffee maker. Only a Keurig. Overall, loved the condo and would highly recommend for a base for a great ski vacation at Vail.

Great location in Vail Village! Easy walk to the gondola, ski rental shops, and Vail’s best restaurants. The condo itself was as advertised: clean, comfortable, spacious, and convenient to everything. Perfect spot for our annual ski trip.

We had the most wonderful experience with our stay in Vail! Stephen was an amazing host - very welcoming and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. And the condo itself was fantastic! Spacious, clean, well decorated and perfectly appointed - and the location could not be better! We will absolutely be staying here every time we come to Vail!!

We had a great family ski trip. Stephen, our host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The condo was well equipped and we could walk to the gondola. Lots of restaurants that were also walking distance. I highly recommend this place.

Great Location and Wonderful Host

We had a great time staying here. Just a great location and perfectly setup for a family. Very easy to get to the mountain for skiing and located right in the Village for easy access to all that offers. Great communication from the host both prior to and during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Quick ski vacation

This is the second year we have stayed here. Great property, and the location is phenomenal. You are in Vail village and don’t even need to use the buses. Debbie is helpful and a great host.

Beautiful place and great host

We had a wonderful stay and can't say enough about the host and place. Its about a 10 minute walk to Gondola one so in the future we would rent skis on the mountain (not use the delivery service) and store our skis and boots at a rental place. The majority include that service with a rental.

Perfect place for Family Time before Vail Wedding

This home was an ideal gathering place for us. The convenience of the location and the elevator access helped my disabled husband and me to enjoy Vail Vilage with his brother and wife from Australia. It was a holiday with no hassles. This home was very well equipped, clean and most comfortable.

Great Vail Condo

We had a great family ski vacation staying at 9 Vail Road Condo. Walking distance to the mountain and being in the village was wonderful. The condo was clean and well appointed. Debbie was great to deal with and was always quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay.

Lovely stay! Amazing location.

We loved our stay at this property. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and was in a fabulous location. We skiied each day and didn't use our car once. In unit laundry made our stay convenient. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was well appointed. Debbie was very communicative and took the time to check in to make sure everything was going well for us.
