Welcome home! This beautiful WaterColor home, known as Walk on the Ocean is located on scenic 30A in WaterColor, just across from the Frog Pool and past Western Lake. Featuring 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, you'll come for the sunshine and stay for the exclusive WaterColor perks, including access to the WaterColor Beach Club, Camp WaterColor, multiple pools, and recreational facilities like basketball, tennis, and pickleball. Plus, with complimentary bikes and a complimentary golf cart, getting around is a breeze!

- WaterColor Beach Club > 3 resort pools, access to dining and poolside service via the Beach Club, plus loungers, complimentary beach towels, and cabanas.
- Get your game on with Tennis Courts and Pickleball, both available to rent.
- Aside from the Beach Club and Camp, there are also four other community pools, all heated year round!
- Bike Trails. Cruise through WaterColor on the trails, or head out to The Timpoochee Trail which travels all the way down scenic 30A!
- Resort Beach Service – rent chairs or umbrellas directly from the club. They will set up for you as well making for an easy breezy beach day.

- 2 bedrooms await on the main level with 2 additional upstairs. You'll also find a twin bed nook, great for the kids!
- Your screened in porch is off of the main living space and offers an additional dining option, plus a great place to relax after beach and pool days.
- If work calls during a paradise, there is an office nook right off the kitchen that makes for a perfect office set up.
- An additional family room lounge area awaits upstairs, great space for everyone to spread out.
- Every bedroom comes equipped with Smart Tv's, plenty of storage for all of your gear
- Carriage House sits behind the main house featuring a king bed, family room, and full kitchen and bathroom.

- Washer and dryer is available on the main level and in the carriage house.
- Premium bath products. All bathrooms come fully equipped with full size Public Goods body wash, shampoo, and conditioner
- Parking. Available for 3 vehicles in the driveway.

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 3 vehicles. Street parking is no permitted in this community.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Beach chair reservations are recommended in advance - please reach out to us for more details!
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
