Lone Star Lookout - 1 night minimum allowed! So close to I-35W and much more, but still quiet and peaceful.

Located in a very peaceful, secluded neighborhood, but close to so many things! Just a minute off I-35W and less than 15 minutes to the Texas Motor Speedway, 15 minutes to UNT, and 30 minutes to DFW (most importantly…less than 15 minutes to Buccee’s!) Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish studio apartment; jump in the pool (available seasonally); gather your thoughts by the private pond. You’ll have everything you need for one night or many.

The apartment is located above what was once a state of the art recording studio.
Our property is 3 acres that you are welcome to walk around. I encourage to walk around our lovely neighborhood as well!

Please only enter the door into the house and up to the apartment. Other spaces are occupied by our family.

We are right next door. Reach out if you have any questions or issues with your stay. We also have a wonderful team of cohosts who can answer any of your questions. Unless it’s urgent, we ask that you contact us between the hours of 8am and 11pm.

Check in is anytime after 4pm and check out is anytime before 11am. In order to allow our cleaning staff the time needed to properly clean and prepare for your stay, we typically cannot allow an early check in or late checkout. An early check in (12pm-4pm) or late checkout (11am-12pm) can be requested for a fee of $25. This will be dependent on availability.

Pets are welcome! We charge $15 pet fee per night/per pet (for a maximum of $150 and 2 pets) per stay to your email the day of arrival.

Pool is available upon request.
If you “reserve” the pool area, we will do our best to give you privacy.

Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.
