My host, Amy was great! Upon checking in, I discovered the microwave & coffee maker were broken. I reported it that evening and Amy was at my door at Noon the next day with a new microwave & coffee maker. That was an impressive response time!The rental unit I stayed in was fine and as advertised. Due to my lower back health issue, it is difficult for me to walk very far. This was an issue for me because the available parking spots are lacking. I found that if I came back to my unit before 6pm, I could find a parking space at my rental unit. However, if I arrived any later than that, I would have to park 50-125 yards away from my unit.Also, this is a upstairs unit, requiring I walk up 20 steps.They do not have reserved or assigned parking - it is open parking, first come first serve.Due to my back issue, this became a show stopper for me when considering places to stay next year.
