Welcome to this cozy and updated, fenced in, three bedroom, two bathroom home located right in downtown Zebulon! This home is bright, elegantly designed, comfortable and inviting. Sure to make guests feel right at home with its charm and relaxing aura!

The Space:
This downtown Zebulon home boasts an open floor plan with a fully updated and freshly remodeled space. Living room is open to the eat in fully equipped kitchen. Down the hall you will find the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outdoors there are three areas for gathering, the front porch, the patio with dining seating and the fenced in backyard. As soon as you get into Zebulon you will fall in love with this inviting and quaint downtown!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to entire home with the exception of one cleaner's closet.

The Neighborhood:
Located right in downtown Zebulon, walkable to restaurants, brewery, boutiques, gifts shops and more. Come see what all this adorable downtown has to offer.

Other Things to Note:
We do allow guests to bring up to two dogs with a pet fee.

Interaction with Guests:
Host will be available by message or text but will give guests privacy during their stay.

Very easy to check in and check out. Owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. House was very clean and cozy. Was a great stay and would book again if in Zebulon again!

Not for children or pets! Beware!

There is so much, day one the couch collapsed, unsecured shed in the back that was never shown in advertising, sewer lines backed up, we had to go to McDonalds to use the bathroom. We had to put our pets on flea medication because the backyard was not maintained, the leaves and moisture causes growth of all sorts of things back there. Our dogs didn’t even want to use the backyard and could not use the backyard. after some rain, we had a 9‘4“ in diameter limb that fell from a tree above the house just a foot from the front porch. They sent a Handy Man and claimed he stated that everything was safe and secure however, when my husband spoke with him, the gentleman he shrugged his shoulders, and said he was there to clean up the branches. The house is surrounded by very, very tall trees and this was a concern. The house is covered by trees, very dark. Furthermore, there are numerous numerous feral cats that populate between this house and the next-door neighbors. They even stated that one had bit them had rabies and they had to get shots. All of these issues along with others were sent to VRBO customer service along with pictures and we have not heard one thing, we feel the owner should give us at least a partial refund. We were grateful to have a roof over our head and air condition, but I would not recommend this house to anyone.
