The Space:

Cozy 3BR 2BA lakefront home that sleeps 9+ comfortably

Clean, wood interior with large wrap around deck with stairs that lead to pathway down to the lake. Full kitchen, gas range, oven, microwave, dining room, living room, and laundry provided on the first floor.

Sebec Lake is a highly desired lake with extremely clean water making for some great swimming, fishing and recreation. Enjoy wildlife right out your window in a rural deeply wooded area. ATV trails easily accessible from house. Remote brooks and ponds offer great fishing or hiking for the adventurous type. Peaks Kenney State Park is a short boat ride away, along with well known rocks to jump off! Borestone Mountain is in close proximity and can be seen from the big lake with beautiful sunset views.

Bedroom arrangements—
Main level-
Main Bedroom: Queen bed w/ Jack and Jill bathroom

Upper level-
Open space separated by stairwell with 2 full beds on one side and a full and twin bed on the other. Extra bedding is also stored upstairs if desired.

Two separate workstations are also located upstairs.

Lower level-
Unfinished walk out basement with ½ Bathroom.

Other things to note:

Garage and personal items in basement are inaccessible. Front door lock is a private pin set by guest for access during stay dates. The dock is removed every October to prepare for the winter, and is put back in mid May. The house is less than 5 minutes from a public boat launch, so you are sill welcome to trailer your boat any time the ice is out! Kayaks are still usable when the dock is removed.

Weather may be unpredictable, therefore, refunds due to inclement weather is not permitted. Please keep this in mind when booking, and if this is a concern we recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Winter rentals also available and offer tremendous local ice fishing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing. Access all major trails directly from the lake.


House Rules:

Access to the garage is prohibited.

Personal items in the basement are off limits unless agreed upon between the host and guest. Please respect our property.

No smoking/vaping inside or outside.

No parties or events in the house without prior permission from the host. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

No unregistered guests. Pets are not longer allowed, sorry for the inconvenience.

Quiet hours are from 9PM to 7AM.

No Illegal Activity on the premises.

Please wash all used dishes or placed in dishwasher prior to departure.

Please strip beds and place all linens, pillowcases, towels, and washcloths in the washer and/or laundry basket.

Leave all trash in trash bin outside by garage.

Please report any broken items to the host immediately.

Please treat the house as if it is your own house. We appreciate it!

Please ensure door is locked upon departure, if it is not, contact host to inform them the door is not locked.

**For safety, please unplug electric heater in upstairs bedroom when not actively in use.

Use of exercise equipment in basement is at your own risk.

Upon checkout, please leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived.


Lake Rules:

No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk

No unsupervised children under 18 down by the lake

Please put away or hang up life jackets and lake accessories each evening

Remove all kayaks and items from water
at the end of each day. The use of kayaks, water equipment, and the dock is at your own risk. A life jacket MUST be worn at all times when using kayaks

Put out all fires before leaving the fire pit each day/night

Put all swimming items away dry before departure

Do not leave trash down by the lake
