This condo sits on the second floor of Fallridge, a complex that's enviably situated on the first tee of Vail Golf Club's PGA Championship course. You'll be just over a mile from ski lifts, great restaurants, and all sorts of shops in the heart of Vail Village, which is easily reached via the free Town of Vail shuttle. The free shuttle service will bring you directly to the Golden Peak Ski Lift. After a day of adventure, enjoy access to a seasonal outdoor pool, a hot tub, a game room with foosball and Ping-Pong, and a conference room on the grounds.
Leave your car in the secure underground parking, take the elevator upstairs, and make yourself at home amid new furnishings and appliances, custom blinds, bathrooms with radiant floor heat, and smart home features such as Nest thermostats and large smart TVs (for streaming using your own accounts). Pull a favorite bottle from the wine fridge and relax outside on the extra-large balcony with a gas grill, a dining set, and views of the mountains and treetops.
On winter evenings, cook together in the well-equipped kitchen, gather around the dining room table for dinner, and settle in on the soft sectional for movies by the wood-burning fireplace. Each of the serene bedrooms has access to the balcony, a smart TV, and its own full bathroom. A private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are on hand as well.
