The Space:

TREEHOUSE: KING SIZE BED, a full private bathroom and a mancave.
1. Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, a Smart TV and access to a full shared bathroom.
2. Bedroom with TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS, a Smart TV and access to a full shared bathroom.
3. Bedroom with TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS, a FULL SIZE BED and access to a full private bathroom.
4. Bedroom with TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS and access to a full private bathroom.
5. Bedroom with TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS, a Smart TV and access to a full private bathroom.

All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included.
THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.
The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.
PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED.

The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities.
The garage at this property is a storage for our company, so u may see someone of our company over there for a few moments.

This property is pet friendly.
$300 USD per pet
If you want the pool to be heated, request it 48 hours prior arrival.
BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
