Well located on the north shore. Very good amenities in this residence. Walking distance from public pebble beach. I would rent again.

For a condo that sleeps 8, and all wanting to have coffee in the mornings, we only had 1 small (5 cup coffee pot) and had to make several pots to make everyone happyI 12-14 coffee pot would have been wonderful. Very few cups available.we had problems with the 2 showers, but we made the best of it. The host was very helpful, The screen on patio door was in need of repair. We Had 3 condo's and traveled with family and friends. Celebrated a birthday.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was lovely but the sofa bed in loft needs to be fixed. It was held together with duct tape and looked like a previous tenant had jumped on it. The staff at rec center were not very helpful. Change machine was broken all holiday weekend and they did not want to buy change from my son. Makes it hard to play pool and other games without quarters. Loved pool. Aside from uncomfortable sofabed, a good time was had by all.

Love this place!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here last year and again this year and we'd like very much to make it a yearly tradition. I love everything about the place. I only have one small complaint. The loft used to have a set of twin beds and they were replaced by a pull out couch, a love seat, and an ottoman that becomes a very small bed. When you pull out the couch it is not only uncomfortable but it also bumps right up to the ladder leading to the top loft which just doesn't make sense. The love seat is totally in the way and as I said the ottoman is tiny. We had to play a fun game of tetris with the furniture to make room for everyone to sleep and one of my friends slept on the floor because the couch was so uncomfortable. I really wish they'd just kept the twin beds, they were MUCH more space officiant and comfortable. If they can get them back that would be really great. You really don't need couches in the loft anyway because everyone gathers downstairs in the living room. That's my suggestion, other then that I LOOOVE LOVE LOVE this place and we WILL be back! I've also recommended it to several clients (I'm a hairstylist). -Naomi H

The 4PM checking and 10 AM checkout is way too restrictive. You lose almost a full day on both sides of the visit.

Great stay in Carnelian Bay!

This was our first time visiting Lake Tahoe so we didn’t know what to expect - everything about our stay here was wonderful. I had researched where to stay and for family - North Lake Tahoe was recommended. The condo was great! It was clean and the kitchen/bathrooms have been updated! It was close to Kings Beach, Tahoe City - we enjoyed every day and would love to visit again.

Carnelian Bay

The house was especially clean and the kitchen well stocked. When we arrived the temp was 91 degrees and the house was entirely too hot to sit in without a/c. It was too late to go out to buy fans, but they did have two box fans waiting on us the next day. The upstairs pullout is hanging on by one spring so don't count on that as a bed for two. Other than a few hiccups we did enjoy our stay.

immaculate and great location!!!!!

spacious room. warm and cozy! kitchen has everything you need. ziplocs and foils were not available - no biggie, we got resourceful and figured it out but take your own. would definitely stay again! walking distance to the lake. restaurants close by too. reception in the area is spotty but wifi in condo is good! do yourself a favor, and book this condo.

The unit said one sleeper sofa, however there were two sleeper sofas in the unit in addition to the 2 queens and 1 king beds. The unit could comfortably fit 8 to 10 guests. The property management were very kind and helpful.

Great Place

This property was exactly as described. It was a little smaller than I expected but a perfect size for a family of 4. I liked the fact that they had more than the minimum amount of supplies (for example, they had spices, sugar, coffee filters, ziplock bags). It may be that prior families left these supplies but management did not throw them out, making less supplies I had to purchase. The location was convenient to water activities, hiking, the pool and tennis. Kings Beach is about 10 minute drive. You can walk to the pool and tennis courts. Water sports (kayaking, paddle boarding) and miniature golf are also walkable. Management was in consistent contact throughout the process and the check-in and check-out processes were very clear. I would definitely rent this property again if I was to visit Lake Tahoe.

The freshness of bedding is something that always stands out in a rental and this unit had clean bedspreads and quality linens. Absolutely no complaints; my whole family enjoyed every minute here.
