* Must sign rental agreement within 48hrs of booking or subject to cancellation

* Must Be 25 years or older
*If you choose to bring your dog/s, there is an additional, non-refundable pet fee of $250 per dog. The fee is to be charged after reservation confirmation.
* Smoking Not Permitted

* All reservations are non-refundable, we strongly encourage adding travel insurance to your reservation so that you are covered
* Optional pool heat: $90 per day.
