This property is a beautifully updated 2,200-square-foot, two-story home featuring four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a large kitchen, as well as two spacious dining areas and a comfortable living room. The home also features a deck and a pea gravel patio area with a fire pit. This house is perfect for guests traveling with pets, as the backyard is fully enclosed with a 6-foot privacy fence! Guests will have access to the two-car garage with additional parking in the driveway and on the street.
Bedrooms: The home features four sleeping rooms, all on the second floor, with bed space for up to 8 guests. Our owner's suite features a king-size bed, with the other guest rooms offering full and twin beds. Fresh bed linens are provided for your stay! All bedrooms offer closet space for hanging and storing clothes, as well as nightstands.
Bathrooms: The home has two full bathrooms on the second floor and one half-bath on the first floor. The owner's suite features a beautifully updated bathroom with a curbless entry shower, tandem shower heads, and a large double vanity. The second full bath offers a tub/shower combo with a subway tile surround and a single vanity. The half bath is located on the first floor just off the main entrance for a quick refresh before heading out the door! Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for your stay. We also supply towels and washcloths.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, cookware, and utensils for meal prep. We also provide a toaster, Keurig, and basic spices for cooking. K-cups, sugar, and creamer are also provided for your stay on the coffee bar. The kitchen features an electric stovetop in the massive island, an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and pantry space for food storage.
Living Area: The living room features a 55" Smart TV, a couch, and an oversized loveseat chair for kicking back and relaxing during your stay. The gas fireplace is not operational and is not for guest use, for both guest and property safety.
Dining Areas: The home offers several dining areas, including a dining room with a table and seating for four, as well as a breakfast nook with chair and bench seating for up to 8 guests. There is also an additional seating area at the massive kitchen island.
Exterior and Garage: The home features a double-car garage with additional parking space in the driveway and on the street. The home has a large, fenced-in backyard that is great for guests with pets, as well as a large deck and pea gravel patio area with a fire pit. Firewood is not provided.

No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the property. We reserve the right to charge a $500 smoking fee, in addition to additional cleaning fees and the cost of future lost business, if the house smells of smoke or contains smoking-related litter.
PET POLICY:
Pets are allowed on the property as long as they are listed on the reservation prior to your stay. We charge a one-time $55 pet fee per booking. This is not a nightly fee. Additional damages or extensive cleaning caused by pets will be requested post-stay, if necessary. We ask guests to limit animals on the furniture as much as possible to avoid additional cleaning or damage to soft materials. Please clean up yard waste after your pet. Thank you!

This property features a front porch security camera that covers the front door entry area and majority of the driveway. This camera features security lighting and is meant to monitor and protect the safety of our guests and property. Additionally this security device provides easy voice communication at the main entry point to the home if necessary. The home also features the same camera and lighting setup at the rear entry door of the home, this camera covers the rear entry area which includes part of the deck and back yard. There are never any video or voice monitoring devices used in any interior portion of the home. Thank you!
