A 5-bedroom villa in the community of Tortuga, Punta Cana Resort & Club is a luxurious and spacious vacation home situated in one of the most exclusive and scenic locations in the Dominican Republic. This villa is designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay surrounded by lush greenery.

The Space:
Upon entering the villa, guests are greeted with an open-concept living area that features large windows and high ceilings to let in natural light. The living area is tastefully decorated with plush sofas and armchairs, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The villa boasts five beautifully appointed bedrooms, four of them with their own en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable king-size or queen beds, quality linens, and ample closet space. The spacious master suite features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a large en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower.

One of the villa's most exceptional features is its outdoor living space. A large covered terrace with a comfortable seating area and BBQ grill provides an ideal space for enjoying the tropical climate. The villa is located within the Punta Cana Resort & Club, which offers guests access to world-class amenities, including a championship golf course, a private beach club, tennis courts, and several restaurants and bars. Additionally, guests can take advantage of the resort's many activities, including snorkeling, scuba diving, and fishing excursions.

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to arrival, under penalty of losing the entire deposit. Cancellations within 59 days or less will not be refunded.

Dec. 18 thru Jan. 5 and Thanksgiving week: The Reservation Deposit is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival.

In the event that the cancellation is due to force majeure, the Intermediary will propose to the Renter new possible rental dates available for the same property, within a period of twelve (12) months from the signing of this agreement, and taking into account possible rate changes per season.
