This gorgeous home is located in the sought-after Preston Vineyard and has been updated recently. Frisco Chillout 4-Bedroom House with Outdoor Kitchen is nestled on a quiet street just minutes from Preston Road.

This home comprises of a fully fitted kitchen, laundry room, dining room and a family room with 65-inch ROKU TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed with comfortable mattress, and a wall mounted 50" flat screen ROKU TV and end-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have a queen size bed with comfortable mattresses, and a wall mounted 50" flat screen ROKU TV. The fourth bedroom comes with1 double bed and 1 twin-size bunk beds with firm comfortable mattresses and a 50" flat screen ROKU TV.

This home is perfect for families, group of friends and colleagues vacationing, working or relocating to Frisco Texas.

Nearby location to visit Stonebriar Mall, the Dallas Cowboys Frisco Stadium, Legacy West Shopping Mall, UNT Frisco, Little Elm Beachfront, FC Dallas at Toyota, PGA Frisco and Universal Kids Resort, not to mention the many top-rated restaurants and nature park trails etc. Security Ring cameras capable of recording video and audio for 24 hours are located at only the exterior of the house. 1 at the front the house, 1 at the front of the garage and 1 facing the backyard.
We have a pest control service that regularly sprays the house, and they use talstar.06, delta dust 4 os and talstar.0006. If you encounter bugs inside the house, please let us know so that we can quickly address the issue.

This is probably the best equipped property we have stayed in. Gloria had a pet bed and bowls for waiting for our dog’s arrival and the yard was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed and we ate several meals here. Grocery store five minutes away. Gloria is a fantastic host and we would definitely stay here again if in Frisco/Plano area.

The home was perfect for what our family needed, close to family, and a peaceful atmosphere.While it may not be ideal for those seeking a highly aesthetic space, it met all of our needs- and more.We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, but have never walked in to find a home with coffee, pastries, muffins, eggs, candies, and a variety of drinks in the fridge.These thoughtful touches made us feel welcomed and appreciated.The home is clean, beds were comfortable, in a safe neighborhood, and close to all the areas we needed it to be.The host went above and beyond, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Gloria’s house is very family friendly and dog friendly! She had dog beds laid out for our furry friends and the kitchen was well stocked with allCooking items and she had so many snacks, breakfast pastries, cookies for us! We had an issue with a couple outlets not working and she responded immediately and had an electrician come fix it very promptly. The back yard is small but well kept and perfect to let our dogs out. We enjoyed our family Christmas time together so much in this lovely home!

Aunt's Birthday Weekend

From the moment we booked, the hosts were kind, thoughtful and incredibly responsive. Their communication was always on point and they showed so much flexibility and care in helping us pull off a memorable weekend for my aunt’s birthday.One moment that really stood out; we were getting ready to grill and realized the propane tank was completely empty. We reached out and they provided a fresh tank within minutes. We are beyond impressed for their attentiveness and generosity and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend!

We did not have any pets. There were plants if shops and restaurants nearby. The house was clean and easily accessible. We loved our stay.
