Thank you for your feedback. While we always welcome input from guests, we were in regular contact during your stay and none of these concerns were brought to our attention at the time. We’re happy to assist with any issues when made aware, and encourage communication so we can address matters promptly. Each bedroom in the home is furnished with a fan, so the mention of needing to purchase one was unexpected. Additionally, the reservation was extended by an extra night, which generally indicates that guests are comfortable with the accommodations. We will certainly pass your comments along to our cleaning team to ensure everything continues to meet our standards. While we do our best to manage the natural elements, some outdoor presence—such as the occasional spider—can be common in this wooded setting. Thank you again for staying with us.
