The Space:
Unwind in the private pool and spa, gather around the outdoor firepit, or enjoy al fresco dining with breathtaking Texas sunsets. Inside, the spacious living area features a 75” smart TV with multiple streaming apps, making it ideal for cozy nights in.

Designed for ultimate comfort, each bedroom is equipped with memory foam mattresses. The master suite includes a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms each offer two queen beds and share a Jack & Jill bathroom, while the fourth bedroom boasts four queen beds with its own en-suite featuring a walk-in shower and tub.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the property and can enter using a smart lock secure door code.

Getting around the property is easy whether you’re driving or using rideshare services like Uber and Lyft. The home is just 15 minutes from downtown Austin and about 20 minutes from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. While a car is recommended for convenience, you'll find plenty of nearby attractions within a short drive, including breweries, wineries, and outdoor adventures along the Fitzhugh corridor. Parking is available on-site, and major highways like US-290 and Mopac Expressway provide quick access to the city's hotspots.

-This is a residential neighborhood, so please limit amount of cars.
-All needed basic cooking ware and dining ware, and silverware provided.
-Salt & pepper provided and a small olive oil.
-Fresh sheets & towels provided.
-Fresh coffee, creamer, and sweetener provided.
-Washer and Dryer available. Laundry detergent provided for on-site laundry.
-Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and cleaning supplies provided.

*Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the Host will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed*
