It's is a wonderful 4 bedroom home with 3.5 Bath (Mahina Model) equipped for up to 12 people.

Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
It also includes a 10% discount on Spa Treatments, 10% discount on Lagoon toys and Cabana rentals.
Guests love this resort pass which gives them the best of both worlds with hotel privileges and a comfortable well equipped vacation home.

The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen.
The comfortable living room with newly updated Restoration Hardware furnishings is perfect for relaxing, playing games. listening to music, enjoying movie night with the family or watching the game on the large TV.
The elegant dining room table will comfortably accommodate eight people plus additional seating at the kitchen island.

The main floor lanai, equipped with outdoor kitchen, an exquisite dining area that seats eight is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day.
Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment.

Sleeping accommodations:
Downstairs Primary Suite: King bed and private spa like ensuite and walk out to the lanai.
Upstairs Primary suite: King bed and private ensuite with walk in shower.
Downstairs third bedroom: Furnished with two (2) Queen beds and walkout to the lanai that has a ping ping table
Downstairs 4th bedroom: Two (2) twin XL mattresses that can be joined to make a king

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets, floaties for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Ask us about deals on a GEM Neighborhood Electric Vehicle (Golf cart) rental for even more family fun.

For those with children:

Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

• Pack 'n Play
• High chair
• Baby monitors

Things to do:

Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, free form pool and kiddie pool.

You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!

A short drive away are the six (6) of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach.

The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven (7) challenging courses all within 7 miles of our villa.

Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
