Comfortable stay & great location!

property is nestled in small, quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking available and a private pool. House was very clean and comfortable. Roku TV’s made for a good night walking to a nearby restaurant and coming back to watch a movie after a long day at the beach.

Quiet OC getaway

I was looking for a place to stay for a quick getaway to the ocean city area, and this was perfect for my family. Very close to area attractions without being right in the noisy hustle bustle, clean and comfy size for my family. The owner was easy to get in touch with and answered all my questions. Great home!

Our stay in Ocean City

Our property was spotless upon arrival. Property was better than the pictures. Close to all amenities and resteraunts. I would highly recomend this property to a family or group of freinds looking for an enjoyable vacation stay. Owner was accomodating and responsive!

Ideal for Fishing Tournaments

We had 3 co-workers stay here while we were in town for a fishing tournament. We wanted to be within walking distance of the marinas nearby and restaurants. The home was in an excellent location (I would also recommend it for beachgoers). It was clean upon arrival, Kevin was communicative and allowed us an early arrival. There are no linens except for a few dish towels in the kitchen. We will definitely rent this home again when we are in town.

Cancelled Fishing Tournament

Rented this property because of its close proximity to Sunset Marina because we were supposed to fishing a tournament out of there. Due to rough Seas the tournament was canceled made the best out of it and went golfing for 3 days. Kevin the host was great with telling us the best courses to play and names and locations of many restaurants and attractions in the area . Looking forward to renting this place again next year.

Off the Boardwalk

Vacationers can stay at properties on the boardwalk and enjoy the busier atmosphere and a short walk to boardwalk or stay at property in lesd congested West OC and make the short drive over the rte. 50 bridge and enjoy same atmosphere. Alot of great restaurants and activities in West OC.

Great location and host!

The property was very clean and the location was perfect. We stayed with our three generation family of five. The location is away from the traffic and noise of Ocean City proper, but you can be to the boardwalk in less than 10 minutes. Parking in Ocean City was easily accessible the three times we crossed the bridge - twice in the evening and once in the morning - so that wasn't an issue at all. The pool was also a huge bonus after a hot day walking around Ocean City. The kitchen was well outfitted and the grill was a welcome addition. We cooked a couple of dinners on nights we didn't want to eat out, and found all the tools we needed. The host also provided a nice list of restaurants and activities, and we found their recommendations to be spot on. We loved dinner at the Sunset Grill and pizza from Tugus. The only down side to the property was that bed linens and towels weren't provided, and since this was the second leg of our trip, we didn't have enough advance notice to bring linens with us. A quick trip to the store solved the issue, however. We'd absolutely stay in this property again!

Great location

Convenient location to enjoy both OC beach and Assateague Island. Quick drive to either location. We were able to enjoy both destinations, as well as some very good restaurants on the marina within walking distance. Property host, Kevin, is very responsive and also shared many helpful suggestions for area attractions and food.

Wonderful Host

Kevin was always available whether it be an email, text or phone call. He gave us wonderful recommendations when it came to restaurants, places to visit and things to see in Ocean City. The property was spotless, clean, and a great location. If we ever get back to Ocean City I will rent this property again. Thank you, Kevin, for making our stay easy and comfortable!

Great owner and good location

Nice property in a good area. Carpets were pretty stained in some rooms and a hole in the wall I was told about. Other than that the home was very nice and a great location to ocean city boardwalk and good restaurants on the bayside

Great location for a family

The property and location was perfect for my family. We have a 2 and a 4 year old so being on the west side allowed us to be away from the madness on the boardwalk. The Assateague beach is just so much better than ocean city beach. The house was VERY clean and Kevin couldn’t have been more helpful. My only complaint is the mattress wasn’t the most comfortable. My family and are very thankful and look forward to another vacation here.

Enjoyed our stay

We will definitely be staying at this place again next year if my granddaughter is playing softball in this area. We enjoyed the place very much and all the surroundings in the area. We did not even go to the boardwalk. Enjoyed the Assateague area. The pictures definitely describes the place.

Great Stay

Just left today and ready to go back! There were six of us staying and this townhouse worked perfect for us. There was plenty of room to unwind, close to everything. Pool was a nice bonus too! The unit was very clean and had everything you need if you wanted to eat in and cook. Kevin was a great host and answered all our questions as well as giving us recommendations on places to go/eat. Would definitely come again.

Great place to stay!

My family and I had a great time staying at Kevin’s family’s condo. Is in a great location, everything is a short walk or 5 min drive. The house was super clean and had everything you need. Kevin was available at anytime. The condo community of all year long residents were very friendly and also accommodating, they made you feel very welcomed. We are excited in staying here again next summer.

Great home near good food and assateague

Kevin's house is just as shown in the pictures, and it has ample parking and easy access the rear deck for loading and unloading your luggage. Good restaurants are a quick walk away and Assateague is an 11 minute drive. I would book here again.

Great West OC property

This property has a great balance of quiet and convenience. Located near the marina, it is two/three blocks to rt. 50 (lots of shopping / restaurants), but also walking distance to other great (more local) restaurants. Plus its easy to get to the boardwalk or Assateague! The property itself was very clean and comfortable, with a nice deck and plenty of parking. With a community pool, it rounded out a great week.

This place is perfect. Less traffic, great location, walking distance to bars and marinas, private pool. What else do you need? We’re staying here from now on when we visit OC.

Excellent choice for vacation rental

Highly recommend

We have a family of 6. First time back to OC,MD in years!! Rental property clean, beautiful and comfortable for all of us!! Owner gets back to you quickly and is personable. Ample amount of parking. Pool is lovely too!! Also very close to OC beach and Assateague!! Will rent again!! Had a fantastic vacation!!! It was like a home away from home. Thank you Kevin!! ☀️🏖🦀🏡

My wife, Patty, and I were both born and raised in Frederick, Maryland and vacationed in Ocean City growing up and then as a family with our three children. Ocean City holds a very special place in our hearts and that is why we chose the area for our vacation home. We still live in Frederick, only three hours from our beach house and take great care of it. It is a special house in a special location and we love sharing it with families and groups of adults looking for a memorable vacation or getaway in a comfortable home away from home.

We chose this property because if its unique location and all that is has to offer. West Ocean City is away from the the hustle and bustle of Coastal Highway, but has great access to not only the Ocean City beaches and boardwalk, but is within walking distance to some of the best restaurants in the area, as well as the top marina, and is close to Assateague Island, the area's best golf courses and the Tanger Outlets. We love our house because it has all the comforts of home and is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. It's also only a 10-minute walk to one of only two Starbucks in Ocean City!
