Check in process could have been easier. It was not clear where we should park so we could go to the front desk for check in. The front desk person was not of much assistance. The parking spaces in front of the building were blocked off. We attempted to go into the garage, trying to show the young man our reservation confirmation. He made us leave. There were 4 people and only one off and on again access card to the elevator. The access card did not activate the garage gate and we would have to almost beg the garage guy to push the button to let us out and in. There needs to be some maintanence in the master bath room. I had to keep the plunger in the shower to keep it from flooding. after the 3rd day most of the hair and debrie that was in the drain came up. The shower door does not close properly. There were no towels in the kitchen and no wash cloths in any of the bathrooms. Only one mini split in the living room, and while there were floor fans in the bedrooms, the place was quite stuffy. We decided to make the best of it. The manager was always quick to respond to my messages. It was nice to have a parking space inside the garage. We made our stay work for us, but will not reserve the next time we come with friends and family due to the key card. The owner said that we could ask the guard to let us in if one of our party wanted to leave without the card. We did not find that to be an option. Nice view.
