Guest Access:

Full private access: entire home, front patio, back deck, yard, private parking.



You can arrive any time after your appointed check-in time and be granted access to the home via the smart lock keypad.

Other Things to Note:

HOUSE RULES: No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $1500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am. -

- Primary renter MUST be at least 21 years old to book, must be staying at the rental property with other guests, and is responsible for all guests and visitors .

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. *Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.



-Pets are allowed with a $50 additional pet fee per pet per stay (will appear as additional guest fee). You MUST pick up your pets waste in the yard. Failure to do so will result in a $100 per waste pick up charge.

NOTE: There are exterior security cameras at the entrance of the home for the safety of our tenants and for the security of the residence and our guests. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view and are recording 24/7



If the tradewinds aren't blowing the no-seeums (little bugs) can bite! Make sure you protect yourself with bug spray or long clothing during these times.
