Thank you so much for letting us know about your stay. We do supply a starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom along with a starter roll of paper towels in the kitchen. We also supply starter garbage bags in each of the trash receptacles. Once these are depleted it is up to you to replenish. All of this information is emailed to you no less than 3 times prior to your visit with the last email taking place 5 days prior to your visit. That email's subject line is "Vacation Preparation Information". So sorry if for some reason you did not get it, but we do try to keep everyone informed and what to expect before you arrive. Finally, we do provide a small starter bar of soap for each of the sinks in the cabin. Again, once this is used up it is up to you to replenish. Despite these few details we sure hope you were still able to have a good time and create some mountain memories with your loved ones.

What a disheartening review to receive from someone who spent 4 night at the cabin and only reported the leak. Yes, there was a leak in the roof when it rained. This is a new property on the program and unbeknownst to us there is a leak. This is being addressed accordingly. We would have been glad to address any cleaning issues had we been given the opportunity. When we inspected the living room TV it was functioning as it should. Not sure if you all got it working during your stay and that is why, but we could find no issues with it. The coffee pot lid broken- the prong that snaps the lid in place was broken. This has absolutely no effect on your ability to make coffee or pour coffee in your cup. It really is astonishing to receive a 2-star for that. Nonetheless we did get the lid replaced. One chair was broken during your stay and since you experienced a leak we decided not to charge you for the damage it. Both have been removed. Still leaving several chairs out on the back deck for others to enjoy. To say the manager was not really helpful is a complete fabrication. When you mentioned the leak we brought additional towels. Asked if there was anything else we can do. NOTHING was asked of us and NOTHING else was reported.
