Our host, Emily, was wonderful. She answered all of our questions quickly. Check-in and checkout was easy and the house is wonderful!

The place is beautiful with great potential, if the kitchen could have provided: enough coffee cups, utensils, basic spices and kitchen things. We gifted the house hangers, salt n pepper, dish soap and other kitchen things for next group. Maybe provide a sticker on the small "lever" we need to move to get the waterfall working. Pool heater didn't work so it was cold til the last day. We had lots of communication back n forth to get the waterfall working, a toilet fixed and batteries in the remote for ceiling fan.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and just as described. There were a couple of small issues when we arrived, but the host responded right away and took care of everything quickly, which we really appreciated. Communication was great, and the home had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Would definitely stay here again!

The location of the property was great! The overall floorplan was also very nice. The backyard landscaping and pool area were lovely and once the pool temperature was fixed, it became fun to be back there. Overall the house and furnishings were pretty tired. The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes very well and tipped out of its space if not held up. The blinds in the main bedroom wouldn't close and eventually fell down. The owner did have someone come to repair the blinds after several days. The owner was responsive to what we asked for, the house just needed more care. We were there for a month so would have liked some dishes that we could use in the oven because we cooked at home frequently. We ended up purchasing a few things to make the kitchen more usable for our long stay.The recreation room was not usable. It was a converted garage. It was very dirty with leaves and dirt all over the floor. In general the house just needed a good, deep cleaning. All in all the host was responsive, the location was perfect, and the pool was nice, hence the excellent rating.

* Let me start by saying that we would stay here again if the major issues were fixed.Pros: Big house with lots of open spaces, large comfy couch and livingroom, huge master bedroom, pretty pool with fun waterfall and a blowup tube, and great air conditioner. The host was fast at replying to my many questions about the house. The washer and dryer worked fine. There were plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. We felt safe in this neighborhood.Things that need to be fixed: Kitchen- The dishwasher is not connected to the counter, so when loading, it leans forward and seems like it will fall out. The two ice trays have holes in them, making them leak in the freezer. There wasn't a broom.Outside- The propane tank ran out after only 30 minutes of being used for the propane fire pit. There's lots of broken pool toys/items in the storage area outside, which doesn't matter so much but it would make sense to throw them away.Bathrooms- Both bathrooms had body wash bottles that were empty. The second bathroom also had an empty conditioner bottle. The half bathroom's fan switch was missing, so there was a hole in the wall. In the hallway bathroom's medicine cabinet, there was an old retainer as well as 5 toothbrushes. Bathroom fixtures were falling off the walls- toilet paper holder & hand towel holder.*See the photo for the entire description of what was wrong with the house. (I could only write 1500 characters but my description was more than 3000 characters.)
